I prepared the dissertation to make marketing strategy for travel agency. This strategy is focused to confirm the market position on the travel market, obtain the new clients and keep the current and also increase turnover. It has to may result from the marketing strategy which customers are the most important for the agency to make right advertising plan. It has to be known the ways how to attain the target.

The theme of this diploma work is to define of a business aim for a concrete small-sized enterprise and to transform it into a business plan. The first part is an entry to the sector of small and middle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, thein advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy. In the sekond part is presented a ground of a theory for a business plan and SWOT analyse The next part is practical part of diplom work. In the practical part is suggested and work up the business plan of founding of small enterprises.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate and subsequently optimize the recruitment process of employees and to increase the efficiency of education in the company ITW PRONOVIA, ltd. The importance of proper recruitment of new employees is still increasing and therefore becomes one of the most important elements for a company as it wants to be successful. Further effective employee training and motivation are one of the other elements. Based on a questionnaire survey, the results are compared according to current trends and possible solu-tion is suggested to the company.

Thema of Bachelor thesis is called „"Evaluation of the state of old ecological burdens originating from mining activities in Kutná Hora and its surroundings" is focused on existing contamination of soils with heavy metals, especially arsenic in Kutná Hora. The greatest burden is being explored in the city district of Kaňk. Contamination comes from the time of the greatest development of silver mining in Kutná Hora and its sur-roundings. The origins date back to the 13th century, and over the years the material deposited in the dumps from the mines due to the influence of the environment and human activity causes an environmental burden that may have a potential impact on hu-man health. Numerous studies and analyses have been carried out at the site to confirm the contamination of the environment with heavy metals and to propose a set of measures. There has been a great deal of geological work, but the literature on the health risk of contamination is not so abundant.
