Design of small hobby CNC milling machine with fixed table

The topic of this work is the design of a small model CNC milling machine with a fixed table for machining wood, plastic, or light alloys (Al, Zn, etc.). It also includes a calculation report and drawing documentation of selected nodes. The beginning of this work consists of an introduction to the issue of milling machines, their distribution and subsequent market analysis. Subsequently, the input parameters are designed on the basis of market analysis and in the last part there is a calculation report, the design of the milling machine itself and a short economic evaluation.
Methods of Machine Tool Thermal Error Compensation

Thermal error caused by the thermal deformation is one of the most significant factors influencing the accuracy of the machine tool. This paper presents an overview of the methods of measurement, regulation and compensation of thermal errors. It also deals with the research of research centers and their projects. At the end of the thesis we are dealing with measuring of temperature deviations on machine tools MCV 754 Quick. For the tested machine tool, a methodical proposal of temperature compensation was designed using the grey neural network model with convolution Integral. This paper aims to give a basic introduction of the whole process of the spindle thermal error compensation.

125 Záv r Cílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu právního postavení soudce ve dvou st edoevropských zemích - eské republice a Spolkové republice N mecko a posoudit, které instituty n meckého práva by bylo vhodné a možné p ejmout do našeho právního ádu v rámci nezbytné reformy eského soudnictví. Oba právní ády náleží ke kontinentální právní kultu e a oba státy jsou spjaty dlouhou spole nou historií. V obou státech je moc soudní jednou ze t í složek státní moci. Zatímco u nás ji vykonávají soudy, v SRN je soudní moc sv ena soudc m, kterými jsou obsazeny soudy. Bylo by dobré naši soudní moc takto personifikovat, ba dokonce z ní ud lat moc soudcovskou, tak jako tomu bylo za první republiky podle Ústavní listiny z roku 1920, a soudci by mohli sv j ú ad vykonávat jako státní službu. V SRN upravuje postavení (spolkových) soudc DRiG, na soudce v zemské služb se vztahuje právní úprava té které zem . Spolkový zákon o soudním z ízení (GVG) má sílu ústavního zákona. Náš ZSS je b žným zákonem, de constitutione ferenda by mohl ZSS být alespo tzv. " ty icítkovým" zákonem, protože jde o základní zákon pro samostatnou složku státní moci. Co se tý e nezávislosti soudc , v obou zemích je chápána rozdíln - posuzováno podle toho, co je vnímáno soudci jako atak na jejich nezávislost (v N mecku nap . rozvržení pracovní...
