Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company Focused on Employee Remuneration

This master's thesis focuses on analyzing the employee reward system within a selected company. The theoretical part provides an overview of fundamental concepts in human resource management, employee reward management, and motivation through literature review. The practical section includes a brief profile of the studied company followed by a quantitative analysis of data from previous periods, focusing on the current state of the reward system. Based on the findings, potential concepts for optimizing the employee reward system are presented in the concluding part of the thesis, aiming to enhance employee efficiency and overall company performance. Thus, the thesis endeavors to contribute to a deeper understanding and potential improvement of human resource management within the selected company.
