The Company Culture and its Influence on Company Identity in Maehler & Kaege Systems, s.r.o.
Hašková, Veronika ; Suchý, Martin (referee) ; Mráček, Pavel (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis concerns a company culture in Maehler & Kaege Systems, Ltd. and its influence on company identity. Personal interview with managers and director of company was used for the input of the research and deep analysis. For the collect informations was used questionnaire. Based on the verification of collected information it has been submitted proposal for improvement of the current situation.
Degradation of Polyester Carriers in Aqueous Medium
Hašková, Veronika ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical technology Candidate Mgr. Veronika Hašková Consultant Doc. RNDr. Milan Dittrich, CSc. Title of Thesis Degradation of polyester carriers in aqueous medium In the theoretical part of this thesis there is presented an overview concerning synthesis of polyesters aliphatic hydroxy acids, their properties and degradation. Review about modern methods of microparticles preparation is included. The experimental part is targeted towards to the new information about behavior of the copolymer PLGA in aqueous medium of low temperature. At these temperatures the tested oligoester bodies are not deformed. Evaluated parameters are swelling degree, erosion degree and concentration of carboxyl groups. Various weights of tested bodies and modifications of their surfaces were tested during two weeks period of the aqueous medium. Pulsation process of the swelling degree and end- carboxyl groups concentration were proved. Their comparable time profile is basic argument for explanation of observed and described phenomenon based on obstruction effect or changing concentration gradient of soluble fraction of the molecule and also functional groups embedded in gel structure.
Interactions of PLGA oligoester with aqueous medium
Hašková, Veronika ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
In the theoretical part of this diploma theses is described mechanism of drug release from biodegradable polymers and conditions which influence this release process. The other part of the theses is directed to the characterization of the methods of the enhancing or reducing of release intensity. The structure, properties, synthesis and use of PLGA copolymers are mentioned. In the experimental part is referred on the study of PLGA matrices degradation in the aqueous medium at temperature of 7řC. The results achieved at this low temperature are compared with the same results of the same matrices behavior measured at the same conditions differing in the temperature of 37řC. These results were provided by my colleague Lenka Rufferova. The parameters of the samples were the swelling and erosion kinetics and acid number time evolution in the one-to-seven days time interval. The weight of the tested polyester samples were 50, 100, 150, and 250 mg. The results supported the earlier findings concerning typical pulse behavior of oligoesters of D,L lactic acid and glycolic acid during the degradation process.

Ocenění společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.
Hašková, Veronika ; Mařík, Miloš (advisor) ; Legát, Viktor (referee)
The purpose of the diploma thesis is to valuate a telecommunication company Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on strategic analysis. Financial analysis was performed in the following part. After the analysis of the relevant market and company's financial health, value generators and financial plan of the company for the first phase were predicted. The valuation method is based on the going concern principle. DCF entity method was used as a main method.
