TITLE: Lifelong learning of headmasters and their professional development AUTHOR: Bc. Eva Hejdová DEPARTMENT: The centre of school management SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: Thesis is aimed to issues of lifelong education of preprimary and primary schools headmasters. It is based on theoretical knowledge of the issue, from special literature and other available sources, practical part is based on gathering datas from questionnaire ant its analysis. It is focused on lifelong education concept development, strategical documents, tasks, autority and professional growth of headmasters in the Czech republic and in chosen countries of European union. It states stages and lifelong learning attributes, components and functions of lifelong learning, further education, the importance of situation in the area of lifelong education in the Czech Republic. The aim is to chart the area of school headmasters lifelong learning, the questionnaire is aimed at finding out what attitude the directors have to lifelong learning, and specification of their educational needs and preferences of the most acceptable forms of education. The result of this thesis is the visibility of educational needs of preprimary and primary schools headmasters, the demand for more focused education and most acceptable forms of education....

Faith, hope and love in the work of Vladimír Boublík

The thesis deals with faith, hope and love in Vladimir Boublik's publications, as can be seen from its name. Based on analysis of publications, texts and critique future of mankind, even though Boublik has never worked up this topic. Boublik's life attitude towards Church, his longing for faultless Christianity which particularly by literature, the work tries to show findings concerning his attitude and thoughts in set area as comprehensively as possible. Cardinal virtues are included in his work as principles and signs of Church's and Christians' life, in which centre is Christ, the only virtue of love, still not obvious yet, offers the oportunity of dialoque between Church and world, is also mentioned in the thesis. Just for comparison the thesis brings view of contemporary theology through Benedikt XVI, who handle the subject of faith, hope and love in his encyclics and letters.
Business Ethics in the Health Service and Corruption

This thesis deals with the definition of the terms ethics, morals, and others. It also describes specific business issues in health care and health care entities in the Czech Republic. The thesis looks at corruption in the health sector, analyzes the available information about corrupt conduct in the Czech Republic and deals with recommendations on how to behave in corrupt conduct.
Ethics code and his sense for professional competences

Every profession has some responsibility. Some skills that are not circumscribed by law, subject to the so-called ethical code. The most famous areas, subject to the Ethics Code, it is medicine. In the theoretical part of this work will define the scientific literature on the concept of a code of ethics, and I will continue to pursue professions that are subject to the Code of Ethics. I would like to compare the function of the code of ethics in the past and now. I would like to focus on the ethical code of teachers, social workers, nurses and doctors, police and / or. journalists. The practical part will try to find out whether the profession, which I described in the theoretical part, really manages ethical codes. For the preparation of his thesis will use the first method of comparison, compare the history with the present. Then we analyze the information obtained from interviews conducted with a representative of one of those professions.
Reward and Sanction in Preschool Education

The chosen theme of my graduate{\crq}s thesis suggests the main questions the thesis deals with. The theoretical part summarizes the rewards and punishments area with the specific focus in the field of preschool education. It concerns especially the views of the current educational approach in comparison to the theological and social opinion of the mentioned questions. The practical part observes the rewards and punishments area as it is accepted and used by a society. The research focused on both types of families {--} the atheistic and the faithful ones compares parents experience in the area of rewards and punishments and their requirements (in relation) to their own children. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the influence of the family philosophy and the own experience in using the rewards and punishments in the education of children. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes the found out facts and argues against the proposed hypothesis.
Reward and Punishment in Religious Education

This work deals with reward and punischment in education. The theoretical part summarizes the rewards and punishments area with the specific focus in the field of religious education, also deals with family education and education practice in primary education. In this work is taken into account pedagogical approach (religious education), psychological and theological-biblical approach. The practical part includes experimental investigation in area rewards and punishments from the perspective of 16 teachers of religion. It deals with experience with rewards and punishments in their childhood, in education their own childrens and their practic use of rewards and punishments in religious education lessons. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the influence own experiences with rewards and punishments in to using them in the education of children. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes the found out facts.
Patient's Informed Consent and Providing Health Care without Patient's Consent

I analyze the legislative action of doctor's obligation to inform patients about health and the nature of the disease and their implementation in practice. Furthermore, present legal definition of the responsibilities of doctors in surgery,which was not preceded patient's consent. I accentuate the legal definition of these tenses institutes and potential torts in this issue.
