Freedom of Expression in Czech republic

The aim of thesis Freedom of Expression in Czech republic is to provide an up-to-date approach to one of the most important human rights. The thesis focuses more on the application side, so we do not find the historical genesis of the right or its sources of thought. On the contrary, we will find theoretical backgrounds reflected in the normative development, as well as in the application practice of courts and administrative authorities. Application means, in particular, the judicial balancing of the right to freedom of expression, most often with personality rights, as well as the implementation of various represive measures across the legal order. In certain sub-topics, it should introduce the upcoming legislation and draw attention to some problems that the legislators are dragging their feet in solving. The thesis is structured in ten chapters. The first five chapters discuss the general background of freedom of expression and put it in the context of domestic and European case law. The first chapter defines speech, summarises its sub-aspects and points out the difference between conduct and speech. The second chapter defines what is meant by freedom. Competence of lower secondary school pupils while using social network sites

This bachelor thesis deals with the risk of connecting and using social network from the point of view of sharing private data by primary school students. The author focuses on data protection againts misuse, accumulation of information and sharing personal information of youthful. In this bachelor thesis he desribes requirements of using social networks, risks of using and comparing social networks with respect to data accumulation. The main aim is to figure out, with using a research, how youthful approach to social networks, find out what kinds of data they share, why they share them and whether data are not misused. The author uses a questionnaire survey and analyses chosen issues with using statistical method chi-square statistic. He also compares processed data to the variety of factors verify and analyses differences between separate groups.
Influence of BASEL III regulation on risk management in banking

The diploma thesis focuses on the regulatory framework of the BASEL III in coherence with risk management and measurement of market and credit risks. The accent is focused upon methodology of calculation and determination of the capital requirements of above mentioned risks. In the introductory part of the thesis are mentioned basic procedures regarding risk management as well as theoretical methodology and development of calculation of the capital requirements in coherence with current standard BASEL III. In the practical part of the thesis are presented capital management policies with regards to BASEL III in Deutsche Bank AG, globally presented institution and Komerční banka, a.s., operating on the Czech market. Accented are mainly the expositions of the institutions and the size of the capital required by the regulatory framework.
Usage of communication media by consumers

Based on the online consumer preferences questionnaire and research in the area of consumer{\crq}s experience with communication mediums, the objective of this thesis is to propose appropriate changes to the marketing mixture in a chosen business subject. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first one focuses on the relevant literature and outlines the academic problem of this work. The second one is based on qualitative and quantitative research done in the area. At the end of this thesis, the third part provides the reader with the final concept of the online retail store, followed by the proposed arrangements and changes to the marketing mixture of the enterprise as an outcome of the previous research. While working on the qualitative research used in this work, the analyses of the marketing, communication and retail mixture were gathered and assessed all together using interviews with the online retail store owner. In addition, the quantitative part was aimed to the costumers, their opinions and attitudes to the outlined media used within store. Also the credibility of the communicating channels was taken into account. Some of the factual findings merely confirmed the trend of the contemporary era. As emerged from the questionnaires, the Internet shall be confirmed to be the most popular medium, while the respondents confessed to spend the most time using it and rated it as the most important among other offered ways of communication between them and the retail store. These all relevant fact were used to analyse {--} and to prove or disprove the assumptions on how each media affects consumers and to which level the media is actually utilized. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the online retail store concept including recommendations on modification of the marketing mixture of the business subject, where the qualitative research took place.
Using of Marketing Tools in Chosen Retail Subject

In quantitative parts work am analyzed sample retail subjects choice systematic potluck from areas limit highlands. These subjects am addressed through ready questionnaire. Qualitative volume of work presents case study, who basis was deep conversation with owner choice retail troop that the finds in also areas.In final parts am on the basis quantitative and qualitative research processed recommendation for choice retail subject that the would according to mine opinion redounded to his next development and fruitfulness.
