Communication policies of watchdog organizations: case study Transparency International

This thesis concerns itself with communication in not-for-profit sector, namely in watchdog organization. It's aim is to explore characteristic elements of communication policies of watchdog organizations. First two chapters of the thesis deal with key terms such as "not-for-profit sector" or importance of marketing, since explanation of these is crucial for further inquiry. The second chapter also explores general problematics of communication in not-for-profit sector to find differences from marketing and from for-profit (commercial) sector. Third chapter provides look into specific communication policies of chosen watchdog organizations and strives to find similarities under given criteria. Finally, fourth chapter is a case study on the topic of communication of Transparency International watchdog organization. It contains communications evaluation under chosen criteria, and also findings about how perceived and how sufficient TIČR's self-presentation is. These findings are revealing in regards to deficiencies of watchdog organizations' communication policies. They were obtained through questionnaire inquiry.

The purpose of this thought experiment is to design possible future functions, rules and concepts for aurally and visually perceivable virtual paradigms, whose shape and course rise concurrently with the process within their users.
These considerations should on one hand reflect on historical divergences from main stream of film, video and television, which enriched the expressive and emotive capabilities of these media, and on the other hand on massive multiplayer online games and generally immersive realities, which enable the player to engage his skill in specific roles.

Student film festivals and events in the Czech republic

This diploma work describes student film festivals end events in the Czech republic and possibilities of their use.
The main content of this work is in comperation of three film festivals set up by film schools ? FAMUfest of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Zlín Dog of Film School Zlín and International festival of student films of SVOŠF and FAMO in Písek. The main aim is to compare this film events in their way of organization and program and find out how the festival is influenced by school. Analysis of the catalougue show structure of the program and finds out if the festival prefer their own films.
This work also tries to find out posibility of presentation student film work in the Czech republic except student film festival.
The conclusion of the work describes contemporary situation of student film festival in way of their competivitity and cooperation.
