Vliv vybraných podmínek pěstování na výnos rostlin "microgreens"
FILIP, David
This bachelor's thesis deals with the cultivation of microgreens plants, focusing on the quest for an optimal growing substrate in terms of yield elements. The practical part of the thesis evaluates the influence of four selected growing substrates on the quantity and content of pigments in the produced biomass of three different micro-greens. To ensure result comparability, the plants are cultivated under defined con-ditions in phytotrons. Additionally, the thesis outlines the financial implications of cultivation on various substrates. The research also indicates that the optimal sub-strate for plant cultivation, based on the compared yield elements and the compared growing substrates, is the garden substrate Agro CS Natura. Similarly, plant produ-ction is most cost-effective when using the Agro CS Natura substrate.
Influence of six-week training intervention with visual feedback on the NeuroCom SMART Equitest System on the postural stability of football players

Title: Influence of six-week training intervention with visual feedback on the NeuroCom SMART Equitest System on the postural stability of football players Objectives: The first aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the effect of the six-week training intervention with visual feedback performed on the NeuroCom SMART EquiTest on the postural stability of football players. The second aim of this diploma thesis is to correlate the Maximum Excursion parameter from the Limits of Stability test on the NeuroCom with the Star Excursion Balance Test score performed on The MAT. Methods: This research involved 20 football players in the age from 19 to 30 (age average = 23,85; SD = 2,79), who belong to the adult category. First, soccer players underwent initial postural stability measurements using seven tests on the NeuroCom SMART EquiTest and excursion distance measurements when performing the Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT) on the MAT. Subsequently, they were randomly divided into two groups: control (n=10) and experimental (n=10). The experimental group underwent a six-week training intervention with visual feedback using training protocols on the NeuroCom SMART EquiTest. After the training intervention of the experimental group, postural stability was measured again on a NeuroCom SMART EquiTest and...
Atomic weapon as an instrument of peace
Filip, David ; Stellner, František (advisor) ; Soběhart, Radek (referee)
Regarding the existence of nuclear weapons, which were never used all over atomic bombings of Nagasaki and Hiroshima as a tool of war against civilian or military targets during the Cold War, I try to give an explanation of "armed peace". I consider the question of why the two superpowers (the USA and the USSR) didn't start a "hot war" that would have been more likely nuclear. As an example of the most critical event will serve me Cuban Missile Crisis, with which can be the description of it understood in broader context. The paper points to the interrelations of opposing ideologies that related to atomic weapons have often drawn the same conclusions. I examine the military-strategic value of the atomic bombs which have shaped international relations troughtout the second half of the twentieth century. Besides the military aspects I also mention economic interpretation of the nuclear arms race and economic potential of the USSR and the USA. Why have in the first instance occured one-sided and than gradually overall disarment, reducing the number of nuclear warheads? I try to documented the explanation out of historical events also by using teoretical models.
