Physiological prerequisites for breastfeeding preterm neonates

The bachelor thesis focuses on the physiological prerequisites of breastfeeding in premature newborns. Breastfeeding premature infants presents significant challenges due to physiological, neurological, and developmental limitations that affect their ability to suck, swallow and breathe effectively. My main aim was to determine when infants admitted to the intensive care unit and intermediate care unit reach breastfeeding milestones. Important milestones observed include first nonnutritive sucking, first nutritive sucking and archieving full oral intake. I also investigated the type of nutrition with which infants are discharged from hospital. My thesis was divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I discuss the importance of breast milk and breastfeeding for premature infants, the development of sucking, the development of swallowing, and the development of breathing. I also address the coordination of sucking, swallowing and breathing. I also address the transition from tube feeding to oral nutrition. I described the work of a lactation consultant. In the practical part I have processed data of 26 hospitalized preterm infants. These infants archieved on average the first nonnutritive suck at 31+4 GA (range of values 30+0 to 33+5). The main goal of this Diploma thesis is compiling of longterm financial plan for chosen company. This issue is dedicated theese chapters. In theoretical basis is listed theoretical part of financial planning. In analysis of issue and present financial situation is set a few chosen instruments of financial analysis, which evaluate present financial situation of company, Strategic analysis of company will focus on the current situation and the company's potential The last part is custom design solution where is processed longterm financial plan through planning of statements, which is then subjected to a check of financial analysis.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is an assessment of chosen construction company’s health from financial view using the methods of financial analysis. This thesis consists of two main parts. In the first part of this thesis is defined theoretical knowledge necessary to understanding this issue. In the second part, the financial analysis of the construction company has been made and subsequently, precautions are made to improve the financial and economic situation.

Financial Analysis as a tool for Assessment of Competitiveness in Construction Company

The aim of this diploma thesis is assessment of competitiveness in construction company with help of tools and methods of financial analysis. In the first part are defined theoretical terms related to examined problem, while attention is focused on terms construction company, competitiveness and financial analysis. In practical part are applied methods of financial analysis which are used to assess efficiency of the company. Achieved results are compared with the most important competitors on the market and also with branch. To comparing was used benchmarking diagnostic system of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. As an output of this thesis are recommended tools for continuous assessment of competitiveness.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The theme of this bachelor thesis is “The financial situation assessment of a company and suggestions for its improvement”. The thesis is focused on company’s financial analysis the sources of which it investigates together with its methods and the means of calculation of particular factors both theoretically and practically. The practical part of this thesis deals with the application of theoretical findings practically on the selected company. This financial analysis is interested in agricultural company AGROSPOL Velká Bystřice s.r.o. Firstly the actual financial situation of the company is examined and subsequently the suggestions for its improvement are proposed. The proposed measures should help to improve the functionality and operation of present financial situation.

The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of timber elements by using non-destructive methods which are intended for the evaluation of glue lines. The main part of the work is focused on summarizing and the detailed description of selected non-destructive methods which can be used for glue line evaluation. There is also carried out the researche of selected scientific articles describing the application of non-destructive methods with regard to the evaluation of timber elements.

This master´s thesis is focused on development of business activities of company POSS-SLPC s.r.o., whose main activity is cutting production for the electronics industry. The company is determined to work on stable success and search for new opportunities at new markets. The thesis consists of analysis of the company´s current situation and market environment based on relevant theoretical knowledge. The main outcome of the thesis is an introduction to actual proposals for development of business activities for POSS-SLPC s.r.o. through acquisition of new customers from the automotive industry.
