Controll of the sliding gate model
Bubeník, Martin ; Burian, František (referee) ; Jelínek, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and subsequent implementation of a physical scale model sliding gate control via mobile applications connecting to the Wi-Fi network. The thesis consists of mechanical, electrical and programming section where the individual sections are described in detail control elements model contains and uses for its activities. When the proposal was disregarded primarily on security, resulting in the sensory equipment model goal.
RaspberryPI camera checker
Bubeník, Martin ; Janáková, Ilona (referee) ; Honec, Peter (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the industrial inspection of correctly made connectors based on computer recognition, and the detection and recognition application is implemented in Python on the Raspberry Pi platform. The work uses empirically known OpenCV library for recognition. The work also deals with the selection of suitable hardware devices, which are a camera with a lens and an illuminator, from which is created one compact device together with the Raspberry Pi microcomputer. The compact device is further mounted on the designed mechanical structure under which is created inspection zone. Finally, Raspberry Pi has a web-based user interface to check the inspection and the interface to write the data to the database.
Raspberrypi Camera Checker
Bubeník, Martin
Goal of this paper is describing a created program for industrial inspection of correctly made connectors based on computer recognition. Application for detection and recognition is implemented in Python on the Raspberry PI platform using the empirically-known OpenCV library. The result of this work is the algorithm for identifying the correct number of the batch production of the connector which operator can simultaneously checks in the web visualization or historical data in the database.

Employing people with disabilities
Bubeník, Martin ; Vysokajová, Margerita (advisor) ; Štefko, Martin (referee)
In view of the fact that the number of people with disabilities is steadily increasing, it is necessary to focus on creating adequate conditions to enable them to experience the most valuable life possible. Employing disabled people embodies one of these conditions. The issue of employing this group of people has come to the forefront of the 20th century. At the international level, employment of disabled people was adjusted after the Second World War. Efforts to legislate on the employment of this group were driven by the need to adjust social rights that had previously been excluded. Since then, many conventions, declarations or recommendations have been issued by international organizations, where the principle of integrating disabled people into the normal healthy population has been increasingly applied. International conventions and European law have become the basis for the creation of national law on people with disabilities and their integration into society through employment. The real boom in the creation of a comprehensive policy for the benefit of a group of people with disabilities arose in the 1990s. The disability benefit has also been built on the issue of the prohibition of discrimination which, unfortunately, even today, people face disabilities, and it is important to say that this is...

Web Portal for Network and Application Response Time Monitoring
Bubeník, Martin ; Kaštil, Jan (referee) ; Košař, Vlastimil (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with analysis, design and implementation of a system for network and services responses monitoring. The work is dedicated to two ways of tracking responses, an active one and a passive one. The active mode simulates the realistic requirements for services in the network and it measures time required for the operation. The passive method examines the response of services by means of listening on the network and by network traffic analyzing. Then, both of the methods store all consolidated data in databases. Management of monitoring and display of measured responses is provided by a web interface that allows each user to see monitored objects and to compare responses obtained by the active and the passive monitoring.
Audit of public-privtae partnerships project
Bubeník, Martin ; Králíček, Vladimír (advisor) ; Müllerová, Libuše (referee) ; Sloup, Vladimír (referee)
The dissertation thesis provides a comparison of approaches to the audit - compliance audit, performance audit and financial audit, on example of PPP project. The fact that the border between both parties of PPP project can not be generally defined provides space for the comparison of audit in the public and private sector. The topicality of the theme is given the fiscal problems not only in European countries, where most countries are looking for a way of extending the budget constraint to private sector engagement in the form of PPP projects. Therefore, PPP projects in the world are increasingly popular form of financing. Each includes every new minister of finance includes PPP projects as a possible source of budget. PPP projects, however, represent a huge, long-term investment, that large amounts of money are invested over long time periods. Large fiscal risk would occur in the corrupt environment, with a real threat of government failure, where the supplier has better information through a quasi-monopoly position and large fiscal risks. This risk persists many years and is associated with the provision of large state guarantees in an uncertain economic and societal benefit, taking place to constrain the budget for future generations. PPP project can be agreed only if resources are used efficiently in accordance with societal consensus and the pace of economic growth and public revenue consistently exceeds the real interest rate on public debt. Therefore, PPP projects in the world are increasingly popular form of financing. The fact that this form of financing should be transparent among other things, regularly audited.
