Product Innovation Using CAE and Additive production
Bočková, Pavla ; Videcká, Zdeňka (referee) ; Vyroubal, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design and construction of an innovated shape of the clamping mechanism of the one-handed dumbbell. The clamping mechanism model and other parts of the dumbbell are modelled using the parametric modeler called SolidWorks. The resulting model is printed on the Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer using the Fused Depositionion Modeling method. The thesis also includes the introduction of selected CAx systems, the characteristics of Rapid Prototyping as well as the FDM method and materials used. The end of the thesis is completed by the technical economic evaluation of the production of the proposed prototype of a one-handed dumbbell.

Euphrasia is a taxonomically complicated genus of hemiparasitic plants. It is able to form morphologically different aestival and autumnal types. In this thesis new type of aestival plants recently found in Šumava Mts was studied and compared with geographically close populations of E. stricta and E. nemorosa. Seasonal variation of these two species and aestival type and differences between populations of E. stricta from Šumava Mts and from its foothill were also studied.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of the most frequently occurring parasitic infections of food origin. It focuses on some specific representatives of parasites belonging to protozoa or worms (helminths). In addition to their general characteristics, there is described the life cycle and the transmission to humans. The study also focuses on the risk foods which can transmit the disease. There are specific risk groups of the population for each disease who are at greater risk of infection. It depends not only on the age, job, place of residence or immunity, but also on the specific habits of the person. The thesis describes the course of each disease, which may be asymptomatic in lighter forms, but also ends with the patient´s death in some cases.
