Evaluation System for Staff

The focus of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current evaluation of employees in an organization. The theoretical part of the work is information and knowledge gained from literature relating to employee evaluation and assessment of their performance, the link between motivation and remuneration, there are also defined individually selected evaluation methods and subsequently defining evaluation interview, including errors that at the evaluation interview with a work very often occurs. The private part describes the characteristics of the selected organization in which it was found informal evaluation of employees. Based on this analysis was conducted via questionnaire. The results of this survey are evaluated in tables which are then summarized. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes findings and subsequent recommendations for streamlining the draft assessment staff in the organization.
Motivation Mechanism in Corporate Management

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the incentive and motivation mechanism on the basis of input data on employees, operations and other specifics of the company. The partial aim is to create a set of recommendations that will help to contribute to better motivation within the organization, thus reducing the total cost of finding and training new employees because of their low turnover. Work includes the motivation theories: the theory of hierarchy of needs Maslow, McGregor theory X and Y, two-factors Herzberg's theory, theory of instrumentality and other theories. It discusses ways and means of motivation in the organization, especially its tangible and intangible rewards, financial and social motivation, negative and positive motivation, etc. The practical part is concerned to incentive mechanism in the education company.

The Bachelor thesis focused on using of marketing tools in the fitness center Fitness Power. The primary purpose of this study was based on the information gathered leading to formulate proposals and recommendations to increase customer satisfaction. Within the theoretical recourses based on the study and comparison of professional literature and internet sources are describe important theoretical concepts, which are related to marketing services. In the practical part there was investigated using of individual tools and amplification of marketing mix in Fitness Power. An important unit of the practical part was also researching of customer satisfaction with provided services, which was conducted by the survey. Based on the identified informations there were suggested changes and recommendations for improving the quality of provided services.
