V této bakalářské práci hlavním cílem je analyzovat motivační mechanismus ve vybraném podniku na základě vstupních údajů o zaměstnancích, činnosti a jiných specifik daného podniku. Dílčím cílem je vytvořit souhrn doporučení, která pomohou přispět k lepší motivaci v organizaci, a tudíž snížení celkových nákladů na hledání a školení nových zaměstnanců, protože se výrazně sníží fluktuace. Práce obsahuje tyto teorie motivace: teorii hierarchických potřeb Maslowa, McGregorovu teorii X a Y, Herzbergovu dvoufaktorovou teorii, teorii instrumentality a další teorie. Pojednává o způsobech a nástrojích motivace v organizaci, zejména hmotných a nehmotných odměnách, finanční a sociální motivaci, negativní a pozitivní motivaci apod. V praktické části je zkoumán motivační mechanismus ve vzdělávací společnosti. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the incentive and motivation mechanism on the basis of input data on employees, operations and other specifics of the company. The partial aim is to create a set of recommendations that will help to contribute to better motivation within the organization, thus reducing the total cost of finding and training new employees because of their low turnover. Work includes the motivation theories: the theory of hierarchy of needs Maslow, McGregor theory X and Y, two-factors Herzberg's theory, theory of instrumentality and other theories. It discusses ways and means of motivation in the organization, especially its tangible and intangible rewards, financial and social motivation, negative and positive motivation, etc. The practical part is concerned to incentive mechanism in the education company.
