Industrial LED modules control interface
Bartek, Tomáš ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Vojtěch (advisor)
This work deals with modernization of information LED panels. Its aim is to create a new method of controlling LED modules that will utilize the benefits of using Linux-based single board computer. At the same time this work will remove inappropriate parts of current state of control.
Methods for Optimization of Web Spotters - SEO and SEM
Bartek, Tomáš ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
This work concerns optimalization of web pages for finders in the way that the web pages could be placed on best positions. The key of success for optimalization of web pages is the combination of some basic rules. The comparison of advantages of different ways of navigation and creation of menu, speed optimalization of pages loading, texts optimalization with the help of chosen key words, principles of choosing the key words, item placing on web pages and comparison of design, marketing and custom view of making the web pages. First of all, we will look on the difference between catalogues and full text finders, their historical development and current ratio of finders on our market. Subsequently we will describe the presumptions for optimalization from the resource code and programming languages point of view, which are used on web pages. The most important part of our interest is the optimalization methods of web pages content and also the methods which are considered as forbidden. The final implementation is made in PHP language.
Driver utilizing HDMI interface for modular LED displays
Bartek, Tomáš ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Vojtěch (advisor)
This work deals with modernization of information LED panels. It mainly focuses on utilizing input HDMI interface into FPGA, which controls modular LED displays, but also on ensuring professional functions such as communication with control unit, thermal security and detection of faulty LED.
MD simulations of complexes between nucleic acids and RNase H
Bartek, Tomáš ; Barvík, Ivan (advisor) ; Burda, Jaroslav (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to study interactions between human Rase H enzyme and a natural and modified substrate using molecular dynamics simulations (altogether 9 MD runs ere produced). Conformational preferences of internucleotide linkages (undergoing contacts with the RNase H enzyme) were studied using several versions of the AMBER force field. Either one or two copies of RNase H were included into the simulated system. As the most important DNA-binding residues were recognized Trp93 and Ser101 in the first DNA binding site and Thr49 and Arg47 in the second DNA binding site. Further, the AMBER force field was re-parameterized slightly using ab initio calculations to produce force constants for the modified phosphonate internucleotide linkage. Biologically active version of the modified internucleotide linkage C3-O3-P-C-O5-C5 was able to bind Arg47 using two hydrogen bonds within the 10 ns MD run (even more effciently than in the case of MD runs with natural internucleotide linkages). On the other hand, the biologically inactive C3-O3-C-P-O5-C5 internucleotide linkage lose contacts with Arg47 quickly.

Driver Utilizing HDMI Interface for Modular LED Displays
Bartek, Tomáš
This paper presents VHDL implementation of complex system for controlling modular LED displays. In this project we mainly focus on utilizing HDMI input interface on FPGA which controls LED displays, but also on ensuring communication via MODBUS protocol, identification through DDC and thermal security of LED displays itself.
