Issues of personality of an offender in criminology
Bartůňková, Eva ; Zapletal, Josef (advisor) ; Fenyk, Jaroslav (referee)
The questions of personality of offender in Criminology Summary In my graduation thesis I have tried to outline the most important points of view of the theory of the personality of the offender in Criminology. I have tried to mention some of the events relating to this subject as well. Doubtless it is difficult to contribute significantly to enrichment of the theory of the personality of the offender or to broadly accepted characteristics of this topic which plays very important role in the causation and prevention of the criminality. It is virtually almost impossible to provide a comprehensive summary of the criminological conceptions and theories relating to the personality of the offender and this attempt would considerably surpass the framework of this graduation thesis. In my thesis I am focused on a brief summary and well-arranged schema of existing knowledge about personality of offender. Because of huge amount of different doctrines and opinions I have paid interest to, from my point of view, the most important and interesting authors, doctrines and subjects. For approximately the second half of the thesis is focused on criminality of women and the recidivism of criminality. With regard to the fact that world-wide more than 90% of in-prison population consists of men it is nothing to surprise that...
Comparison of residential and non-residential leases
Bartůňková, Eva ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Pohl, Tomáš (referee)
The title of the thesis is "Comparison of residential and non-residential leases". The main objective is to explore the current legal regulation of leases pertaining to apartments and to commercial premises and to carry out their comparison. Due to the considerable broadness of the subject, the comparison cannot and will not be exhaustive and therefore it primarily focuses on the differences in regulation of residential leases and commercial premises from the perspective of the degree of legal protection granted to the tenants, which is not offered in the same extent to the lessees of commercial premises. The thesis examines current legal regulation of the subject; nevertheless it does not omit to provide a brief survey of its historical development and a short excursion into potential future treatment of the subject matter. The thesis considers related case law as found in relevant rulings of the Czech courts as the case law plays a major role in the interpretation of statutes pertaining to leases and legal relationships arising therefrom.

Next goal is to map opinions, knowledge and attitudes of the TOP judges of the CDSF towards the judging systems of the dance sport. Methods: To obtain the necessary data for the elaboration of the thesis was used a method of electronic questionnaires. For the elaboration of a theoretical part of the thesis were used primary sources, professional literature and experts' own materials. Result: The thesis maps used systems of dance sport in the Czech Republic and abroad and their main progress towards objective and measurable judging. Based on survey, the questionnaire reveals the knowledge, opinions and attitudes of the Czech TOP judges towards System 3.0. In fact, the thesis is a breakthrough, because even though the absolute judging system 3.0 is already used in practice, there is still no Czech written documentation of its work or usage.
