ICT investment decisions

The goal of this dissertation is to create instruction, how to proceed at creation of initial analyses in pre-investment phase of informatics investment. There are described for this reason various types of used studies during this phase of service life of this investment in the dissertation. There is created tool in the dissertation, which enables to make feasibility study for organizations, so that it was suitable for informatics investment for concrete environment. Designed procedure is verified by means of the study of practicability of the concrete investment project and its evaluation. Implementation the project proceeding tool designed for concrete bank institution is tested investment intention.

Srovnávací analýza webových stránek světových univerzit

Tato práce se zabývá rozborem aktuální situace v oblasti webových stránek světových univerzit. První část práce popisuje autorem vytvořenou metodiku pro hodnocení univerzitních webových stránek a způsob jejího užití v praxi. V druhé části je provedena analýza webových stránek čtyř vybraných světových univerzit. Na základě bodového hodnocení, které jednotlivé univerzity obdržely, je vyhlášena univerzita s nejlepší webovou stránkou ze všech čtyř testovaných. Finální část práce obsahuje seznam doporučení pro vývojáře univerzitních webových stránek. Pokud tato doporučení přijmou, budou jimi vytvořené univerzitní stránky s největší pravděpodobností kvalitnější.

Utilization of social networks in banking sector of the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the problem of social networking in banking sector of the Czech Republic. The goal of the thesis is to define a set of best practices for successful activity of banks on social networks, based on own research of current activity of selected Czech banks in social networks environment. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter summarizes the findings of previous theses, which dealt with similar topic. The second chapter deals with the problem of social networking theoretically, describes the actual most important social networks in the world, suggests their division according to typical attributes and describes the most important ways of social networking usage for business. The third chapter contains own research of social networks usage by Czech banks, definition of criteria for evaluation of the research and the evaluation itself. The final chapter contains the set of best practices based on the research, which can be used for successful activity of banks in social networks environment. Keywords

Srovnávací analýza webových stránek světových univerzit

This thesis deals with analysis of actual situation in the field of world universities web pages. The first part represents the methodology, made by author, which is used for classification for web pages of universities. It also explains the process of using it in use. In the second part there are four world universities analysed. Considering the number of points, which each of the universities get in the analysis, there is the best university web page presented as the winner of the test. The final part of this work contains a list of recommendations for university web pages developers. If they accept these suggestion, their web pages will probably become much better and superior.
