The content of diploma thesis is an evaluation of the efficiency of the investment in rented property. To verify the sale price, the value of the property is determined by the basic valuation methods. Based on the market analysis, an optimal rental rate is determined, which allows us to quantify the income from the property. Properly quantified revenues and expenses are the foundations for evaluating the effectiveness of the investment.

The main subject of diploma thesis is definition and description of different possibilities of financing the construction of family house, then processing and evaluation of variants offered by selected bank companies in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, there are basic knowledge about given issue, which are further applied in the practical part. The practical part deals with the comparison of various financing and selection of the most suitable ones according to selected criteria.

The theory of internal environment

The aim of master's thesis is to find an optimal solution in terms of window shielding factors in shaping the internal environment in the interior. In therms of this work there was used a computer program Teruna to created mathematical model entered the room in the experimental section. The theoretical part inquires into the theory of the internal environment. The project inquires into the design and application of a mathematical model of two variants room office in the premises of the factory building.

Analýza svozu a třídění komunálního odpadu na území města Brna

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the collection and sorting of municipal waste in Brno. The first part of the diploma thesis defines basic concepts of waste management and evaluation of the legislative environment in the Czech Republic. The next part describes in detail the system of collection and sorting of municipal waste in the territory of the City of Brno. The methodology analyzes the development of waste management in the Czech Republic, the South Moravian Region and the territory of the City of Brno. At the end of the thesis the current situation is evaluated and a proposal for better utilization of waste is set.

Between the literary planes (prose by Umberto Eco and Dan Brown)

The topic of this diploma thesis is the analysis of three novels (Il pendolo di Foucault and Numero zero by Umberto Eco and The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown) with usage of triadic model of literature. The thesis is based mainly on the concept of triadic model published by Umberto Eco in his study Apocalittici e integrati. The usage of his model is made difficult by the fact that the specific characteristics of the middle literary plane are not defined. Therefore we supplement Eco's concept with several additional studies. We hypothesized that Il pendolo di Foucault, Numero zero and The Da Vinci Code belong to the high, middle and low literary planes respectively. The results of this diploma thesis support our hypothesis. However, it is clear that the classification of Numero zero into the middle literary plane can be a matter of the discussion, while the specific characteristics of this plane are not yet strictly defined. The confirmation or refutation of the above mentioned hypothesis was not the only aim of this study. Additional aim was to focus on the novel which could belong to the middle literary plane and through the comparison with other novels contribute to the delimination of this literary plane. Teacher as reflective practitioner

Diploma thesis Teacher as a reflective practitioner is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of theoretical part is characteristics of basic concepts related to reflection, dealing with issues of teacher education and opportunities for teachers who have already participated in the educational process. It presents the most commonly used techniques and methods of reflection and self-reflection, but other less common ones have been mentioned as well. The aim of the practical part analyses the current situation of teachers as reflecting practitioners at secondary schools with gastronomic specialization. Diploma thesis compares reflective processes among teachers of general educational subjects, professional courses and training.
