Albrecht, Jakub ; Anders, Martin (advisor) ; Ustohal, Libor (referee) ; Tuček, Jan (referee)
Prediction of the therapeutic response in the treatment of affective disorders using repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation MUDr. Jakub Albrecht Summary Background: Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is an effective and safe neuromodulatory treatment of several neuropsychiatric conditions. Treatment resistant depression (TRD) is becoming the leading cause of morbidity and mortality. The design was narutallistic and observational. Methods: The cohort (2016-2018) contains 39 depressed patients (STAR*D grade ≥3). The parameters of TMS were: 10 days of 10 Hz stimulation with an energy of 100 % of motor evoked potential (MEP), 1500 pulses in 15 trains over the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Self-reporting scales were administered prior to and after the final stimulation: Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology (QIDS-SR). Co-medication was not altered. Results: The subjective effect was significant and widespread with a median decrease: in SDS of 10 points (from 75 ±8.16 to 65 ±9.56), 59 % of patients improved ≥10 % from the baseline; in PSS of 4 points (29 ±5.34 to 25 ±5.90), 62 % improved ≥10 %; in BAI of 4 points (46 ±13.72 to 42 ±11.51), 54 % improved ≥10 %; in QIDS-SR 6 points (17...
Responsive Design Usage Scenarios in Application Design
Kratochvíl, Jan ; Albrecht, Jakub (advisor) ; Voříšek, Jiří (referee)
The thesis compares the most frequently used approaches to presenting electronic content in a way that is optimized for new device classes, namely smartphones and tablets, in order to enable a more effective decision-making process concerning content strategies accenting modern electronic channels. The thesis describes the historic context resulting in new needs in the area of content presentation. It compares the responsive design approach to traditional web design and mobile applications. The focus is put on detailed analysis of various responsive design aspects including the technical basis for responsive web design, economical aspects, the needs of tailoring the design process to fit with responsive web design and implementation in portal solutions, among others. The original part of the thesis contains a practical demonstration of responsive design implementation on top of an existing traditionally designed web property, namely the ČSOB.cz homepage. Basic criteria to consider when deciding about responsive web design adoption are also included.

The result is an assessment of the current security status and suggestions what should ČSOB bank focus on in this area.
Use of modern tools for teamleading support, team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Havránek, Lukáš ; Albrecht, Jakub (advisor) ; Voříšek, Jiří (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the matters of team management, team collaboration and knowledge sharing, then to analyze the real needs of the target group in those areas and to suggest a solution to this problem. In the theoretic part I define basic concepts of this thesis and delimit its needs and criteria of selection, which will be used in selection and description of a concrete tool. The practical part consists of a target group definition, a specification of its needs and a definition of criteria used for choosing the solution. The chosen solution is described afterwards.
Security elements of e-banking
Mohamed, Radouan ; Albrecht, Jakub (advisor) ; Voříšek, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis provides a summary of currently used security elements in services of electronic banking. There is a description of the electronic banking of two Czech banks - Fio and Era, and those are also compared. In the last chapter there is a description of a theoretical attack on an e-banking service based on the findings of this thesis. The re-sult of the thesis is an evaluation of weaknesses of e-banking services and the description of the theoretical attack.
Use of responsive design in the design application
Puškár, Ján ; Albrecht, Jakub (advisor) ; Voříšek, Jiří (referee)
The thesis compares the most frequently used approaches to presenting web content on mobile devices in order to enable a more effective decision-making process concerning content presentation approaches. This thesis in the first part focuses on the responsive design origin and its pillars. Furthermore, the work deals with a general assessment of the appropriateness of using responsive design and identification of differences in the maintaining of a classical web page, the page with the mobile version and with the responsive website. The next part is devoted to the practical demonstration of the implementation of responsive design for a new responsive site. The work contains a description of the workflow and results of testing.
