Marketing support of baby food in the company Nutricia

The aim of the thesis is to present a correct way of proper child nutrition under three years of age, describe the baby food market and trends in this category. Then, apply the theoretical knowledge of the marketing mix to one of the strongest players in the baby food market, the company Nutricia. In conclusion, using the results of the research, suggest for this company marketing recommendations . The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the proper child nutrition from birth to three years of age, components of the marketing mix and competitive enviroment. In the practical part, the baby food market in the Czech Republic, the trends in this category, market competition, the company Nutricia and its marketing mix are beying suscribed. The practical part has its own research. At the end of the work the hypothesis are confirmed or disproved and marketing recommendations for Nutricia are made.
Document digitalization in the financial institution

The goal of the thesis is description of document digitalization in one of the big financial institution in the Czech Republic, discovery of disadvantages of current state and suggestion of measures and recommendations for improvement. Since 2008 I'm employed in this financial institution so I can use the point of view either of employee or student of applied informatics. I can use theoretical knowledge and practical experience in one person this view should be one of the benefits of the thesis. As the next benefit we can include an option of use of mentioned measures and recommendations for the management of financial institution. These measures and recommendations can improve labor productivity not just in process of digitalization. The thesis is divided into eight chapters in which I deal with the common facts about digitalization, reasons for implementation, risks, means of realization and recognition technologies used for digitalization. Then I introduce the financial institution, I point to disadvantages of current state, I mention reasons for digitalization, it's schedule, desired state, accepted measures and practical examples. In the end I recommend measures either for digitalization or enterprise content management and informational technologies.
The impact of changes in legislation on managment of filing service

This work covers the implementation of filing service in a municipal office and compares the real, current state with current legislation demands. The work is divided into 2 parts. The first part provides basic information about a selected municipal office and the character of currently used information system for filing service. Next this part describes individual activities being carried out in order to provide filing service and analyzes the life cycle of documents being processed in the municipal office. The second part of this work identifies significant changes in legislation, which influence individual activities of filing service. This enumeration serves as a basis for change proposals leading to the removal of flaws in processes as well as confusion in filing service managment in the municipal office. The main output of optimisation of filing service is altering the filing service managment according to the current filing service order in order to be in agreement with current legislation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs regulation.

Marketing of retail chains

This bachelors thesis deals with marketing of selected retail chains. The first part is a theoretical view on business marketing. The second part focuses on the Czech retail chains, their current status, and a forecast of future development is also included. The bachelors thesis also includes a research that is made in Roudnice nad Labem based on a questionnaire created by me. The main objectives are to determine how customers evaluate the local chain stores and what are the criteria of those customers for choosing a store.
Realization of print outputs in leasing company

The aim of the thesis is to design new technical solution of print outputs from main enterprise application Fispro in Societe Generale Equipment Finance Czech Republic s.r.o. In the thesis is analyzed current state of print output technology. Based on the requirements from this analysis is selected new technology. The final part of thesis contains technical analysis of this newly selected technical solution and plan of its implementation.
The solution of documents administration in a particular local authority

This thesis deals with the solution of documents administration in a particular local authority. It describes real activities connected to a document's lifecycle. This cycle involves receiving, classification, insertion to the system, registration, assignation to other competent people, documents cycle, settlement, storage, shredding and archiving. The cycle is inscribed both theoretically and practically. As a result it enables to the reader to see immediately whether the processes are performed in the way they should be. Especially, processes which are performed with all documents are analyzed there. This is inscribed both for documents delivered by mail and documents created by office employees. The endeavour is to identify errors and failures which appear when working with documents and to suggest solutions with the aim to simplify, make more precise, accelerate and improve current activities of the local authority.
The process optimation in distributed company

This assigment aims on the process optimation in distributed company and to point out possible financial savings that can such optimation brings. In the first part are described general requirments for working with documents. There are used teoretical knowledge and knowledge from practice of persons that have experiences with functioning distributed companies and with file services as well. In the second part is described hypotetic starting position of file services in Parent company Inc. and two subsidiary companies Company A Inc. and Company B limited. This part also contains description of some problems that can occure during changes in the file service. Mainly are impeched the legislative requirements in the Czech Republic. In the third part is mainly described optimation of file service process. In the fourth part are suggested possible financial savings that can occure by optimation of file services in distributed company.
Analýza efektivnosti digitálního archivu

Svoji bakalářskou práci jsem zaměřila na problematiku digitálního archivu, jeho využití a zároveň zhodnocení efektivnosti. Soustředila jsem se zvláště na porovnání efektivnosti ?ruční? a digitální archivace dat. Využívání digitálního archivu v praxi v ČR ještě není obvyklé, proto jsem využila zkušeností jedné z velkých zahraničních společností, podnikající na území České republiky, kde s úspěchem tento digitální archiv v praxi používají. Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu efektivnosti digitálního archivu využitého ve firmě ADP, od jejích přínosů až po náklady, které se zavedením digitálního archivu samozřejmě také souvisí. Snažila jsem se čtenáři přiblížit a vysvětlit rozdíly mezi digitální a manuální archivací dat. Provedla jsem vícekriteriální analýzu rozhodování o efektivnosti využívání digitálního archivu. Jedná se o analýzu, kdy porovnávám elektronický archiv firmy ADP s ruční archivací na základě 6 kritérií a s pomocí softwarového programu na vícekriteriální rozhodování MCA7. Dále jsem vypracovala pro zaměstnance firmy ADP, kteří již pracují s digitální archivem, anketu. Na základě této ankety jsem zjistila efektivnost práce s digitálním archivem právě očima uživatelů. Přínosem této práce k řešenému tématu je celkový pohled na digitální archivaci a zjištění, zda je využití elektronické archivace dat přínosem či nikoliv. Vymezila jsem kritéria, podle kterých jsem dále provedla analýzu. Kritéria jsem pak sepsala podle vlastních zkušeností s digitální a ?ruční? archivací dat. Měla jsem možnost sama si vyzkoušet a zjistit výhody a nevýhody této práce s digitálním archivem. Na základě této analýzy je znatelné, v čem jsou pozitiva a negativa nových a starých způsobů archivování dokladů. Práci jsem rozdělila na několik dílčích částí. Část první tvoří stručnou charakteristiku firmy ADP, její působnost, nabídku produktů. Zároveň jsem se v této části zmínila o zákoně o archivnictví. Druhá část se věnuje principu fungování digitálního archivu firmy ADP. Poslední část jsem celou věnovala analýze efektivnosti na základě vícekriteriálního hodnocení a ankety.
Implementation of the digital archive in multinational company

The goal of this work was to process the problematic of the digital archive -- implementation of the digital archive into the payroll system include completion analysis of effectiveness. A part of this diploma work includes detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the digital archive used in the company with the international activity, from its benefits till its cost that relate with the implementation of the digital archive. In the work it is described the problematic with the implementation itself in praxis, it is explaining the digital archive from the technological aspect in detail, even from the users side. It is described the process of extensive analysis of the digital archive in the company and comparing with the manual archiving of the data, with the help of the multi-criteria decision making. The goal was to find out if the implementation of the digital archive has got such a proofing value and met the expectation of all ADP managers. For the calculation there was used the method the determination of the weight of certain criteria and the levels of realization. The method was used for analyzing of the benefits, analyzing of the cost came from actual measurable units. Then there were used three methods for the comparison of the costs and incomes: creation of the quotient of costs and incomes, the graphical scheme of costs and incomes and transformation of the costs into incomes and defining the value of benefits. This whole process of calculation was repeated twice. In the first part there were used my own experience and knowledge and the weight was chosen by my opinion. Then In the second part there was used a question-form that was given to the German clients.
