The Municipal Baths

This thesis project is describing a new object of municipal baths in a specific urban environment. It is a building of social and recreational character. The primary content is therefore not a sports pool with lanes, but pools and areas intended for relaxation. The building contains an entrance area, changing rooms, swimming pools, rest areas and service rooms. It also includes saunas, massage rooms, café and ancillary premises.

Attitudes of secondary School Students in the City of Česká Lípa on Issues of Partner Cohabitation and Parenthood

The topic of this thesis is the research and characteristics of partner cohabitation of highschool students in present times, adolescents attitudes to the primary values of family and their preparedness for parenthood. The theoretical part is engaged in the history of partnership coexistence from the original models untill the present. Then it's engaged in the basic definitions of a given problematics and attitudes of teenagers to partnership and parenthood relationships. It is looked on the differences of upbringing in various social enviroments. The main goal of the practical part is to compare the opinions, values and attitudes of the chosen sample of highchool students and apprentices according to their family situation. Through the subsequent analysis of the collected data will be found out, whether the current students' goals are more focussed on the career progress, or to getting married. ART CONCEPT OF THE FILM "WENCESLAS SQUARE", ACCORDING TO A SCREENPLAY BY CHRISTOPER MARKUS AND STEPHEN MCFEELY ON A STORY BY ARTHUR PHILLIPS, PRAGUE IN THE EIGHTIES OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY IN A FEAT

The diploma thesis deals with an interpretation of a scenic movie environment in eighties of the twentieth century. In the beginning, I tried to recognize the cultural and historical context of the eighties that introduce us to the optical perception of this time.
For a full picture serves listing movie frames with typical visual representation of these years. Particular attention is given to four feature films that could serve as a scenic genotype, which can be applied in the design of movie scenes of post normalization Prague environment.
The greatest extent of the thesis is devoted to the performing processing of screenplay "Wenceslas Square" by Christopher Marcus and Stephen MrFreely, which was created by the story of Arthur Philipse. It is an unconventional love story, set in Prague in the eighties of the twentieth century and ending with "Velvet Revolution", over which no one of the protagonists is enthusiastic. Attached is a draft screenplay point of each scene, including indicative floor plans and reference photos.
