Comparison of personality types of the headmaster and its deputies.

This bachelor thesis focuses in defining personal type of a headmaster and his or her deputies. Their comparison from angle of team cooperation in personality conseption. The thesis is based on theoretical knowledges which can be found in vocational literature. On a basics of these knowledges quantitative research was realized. This research discovered (using research questions) suitability of personal types of headmasters and deputies. It was found that in a school management, people who are of Expressive type, appear most often. This person is usually supplemented with a personality type called KInd or Analytic. Cooperation between headmaster and her deputies in a school management was shown in the questionnaire survey. This show us closer personality pairs in the school management and their harmony. At the same we came to know that election of a deputy in kindergartens comes almost always out of internal personnel resources. Expressing amount without using natural numbers

This diploma thesis is focused on observing heterogeneous group of pre-school children in different situations, which were chosen before. The aim of this observation is to note all forms of expressing quantity and figure during spontaneious activities which weren't interrupted by adults. My thesis brings typology (characteristic) of expressing quantity in this age group.
