Proposal for the Usage of the Waste Generated in a Production Plant

The diploma thesis focuses on the ways of waste management in an industrial enterprise and the possibilities for its improvement in terms of the waste management hierarchy. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the sustainable development of the company, environmental management systems, as well as state environmental policy. The thesis also describes the legislative framework relating to waste management and defines the rights and obligations relating to the generation, management, manipulation and treatment, and disposal of waste. The own part of the thesis discusses the current situation in the field of waste management, which has been analysed for the purposes of work. Based on this information, a method of waste management is proposed in the last part.

Gustav Leutelt, a poet of the Jizera Mountains

Special attention is paid on describing the Jizera Mountains that play a pivotal role in his creation. The first chapter formulates the subject matter and establishes the goals of the thesis. The second chapter takes a brief look at the Leutelt's life and his writing. The third chapter covers introduction of specific works from three main areas of his art, which were fictional prose, legends and natural works. The final chapter summarizes the results and insights of the thesis.

Zhodnocení podpory vinařů Vinařským fondem ČR

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the subsidies which are provided to winemakers in the Czech Republic by the Wine Fund of the Czech Republic. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate these grants from the winemaker’s point of view. The evaluation is based on a questionnaire survey among winemakers. Work at the beginning describes the reasons why the state may decide to intervene in agriculture. In the next two chapters the origin and functioning of the Wine Fund itself and the subsidies it provides are described. The main goal of this thesis is achieved by summarizing the results of the sixteen questions winemakers and winegrowers were asked.

Comparing values of sedimentation of erythrocytes of lipid complex

The aim of this work is to compare the values of erythrocytes sedimentation rate (ESR) of the ESR obtained by the stop flow method with the individual values of lipid complex. Verify that ESR values are affected by hyperlipoproteinemia. Correlation coefficients are calculated and correlation dependence graphs between ESR values and lipid assay parameters (TAG, TC, HDL and LDL) are compiled.

This work summarises the causes of formation of a group of rare but serious diseases called Porphyria. This paper specifies the particular forms of these diseases and focuses mainly on their diagnostics. Typical symptoms and possible cures are assigned to each form of Porphyria.
