V práci jsou shrnuty příčiny vzniku zřídka se vyskytující, avšak závažné skupiny onemocnění zvané porfyrie. Práce popisuje jednotlivé formy onemocnění a zaměřuje se na diagnostiku těchto onemocnění. Ke každé formě onemocnění jsou přiřazeny její typické příznaky a možnosti léčby. This work summarises the causes of formation of a group of rare but serious diseases called Porphyria. This paper specifies the particular forms of these diseases and focuses mainly on their diagnostics. Typical symptoms and possible cures are assigned to each form of Porphyria.
