Identifying the Functional Parameters of Work Organization in the Tertiary Sector in Relation to Current Social and Technological Developments

5 Abstract Bachelor thesis deals with a finding of organization of working process in tertiary sector in Czech Republic, which will able an innovative organization of work corresponding to social and technological development. The goal of the thesis is to identify functional combinations of parameters of work organization, on which both, contractor and worker, will agree. At first, focus is put on tertiary sector, its functions and place at the labour market. Then social and technological development in field of labour market in Czech Republic after year 2000 is captured. After that the scope focuses on tertiary sector labour market's development in last twenty years. This chapter maps ongoing flexibility of the labour market and its changes in last two decades. It is also enhanced by labour market's changes due to a pandemic of Covid-19. Thesis also includes a quantitative questionnaire, which goal is to analyze opinions of selected contractors and executers of work on alternative forms of organization of work. Investigation is focused on respondents, which work or worked in tertiary sector in past ten years for at least three years in the position of contractor or executor of work.
