4 Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá nalezením parametrů organizace práce v terciárním sektoru v České republice, které umožňují inovativní organizaci práce odpovídající společenskému a technologickému vývoji. Cílem práce je identifikovat funkční kombinace parametrů organizace práce, na kterých se shodnou jak zadavatelé práce, tak vykonavatelé práce. Pozornost je zaměřena nejprve na terciární sektor, jeho funkce a postavení v rámci trhu práce. Poté je zachycen společenský a technologický vývoj v oblasti trhu práce v České republice po roce 2000. Následně se pozornost zaměřuje na terciární sektor a vývoj trhu práce v posledních dvaceti letech. Tato kapitola zachycuje postupnou adaptaci trhu práce a jeho proměny v posledních dvou dekádách. Kapitola je rovněž doplněna o proměny trhu práce v souvislosti s pandemií Covid-19. Součástí práce je kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je analýza názorů vybraných zadavatelů a vykonavatelů práce na alternativní formy organizace práce. Šetření je cíleno na respondenty, kteří pracují, či pracovali v odvětví terciárního sektoru v uplynulých deseti letech alespoň tři roky na pozici vykonavatele či zadavatele práce. Na základě zjištěných dat v porovnání s již publikovanými odbornými zdroji, zabývajícími se potřebami pracovníků v práci, jsou navrženy modely... 5 Abstract Bachelor thesis deals with a finding of organization of working process in tertiary sector in Czech Republic, which will able an innovative organization of work corresponding to social and technological development. The goal of the thesis is to identify functional combinations of parameters of work organization, on which both, contractor and worker, will agree. At first, focus is put on tertiary sector, its functions and place at the labour market. Then social and technological development in field of labour market in Czech Republic after year 2000 is captured. After that the scope focuses on tertiary sector labour market's development in last twenty years. This chapter maps ongoing flexibility of the labour market and its changes in last two decades. It is also enhanced by labour market's changes due to a pandemic of Covid-19. Thesis also includes a quantitative questionnaire, which goal is to analyze opinions of selected contractors and executers of work on alternative forms of organization of work. Investigation is focused on respondents, which work or worked in tertiary sector in past ten years for at least three years in the position of contractor or executor of work.
