The strategic planning in the non-goverment organization

The Abstract In this thesis, I focus on the process of the strategic planning. The outcome of the thesis is system of strategic planning of the organization, which is professionally evaluated. In the theoretical part I define the non-profit sector, the management of strategic planning, describe the organization and in the empirical part I analyse this organization and create my own strategic plan. The aimo ft he thesis is to create organization's strategic plan for the period 2014 - 2015, which will be used to analyse the organization, to determine its possible development and eventually to improve its services. For other organizations in the non-profit sector this thesis can serve as a template for their strategic planning and development of their services.

Eating out in nursery school as one of the forms of aid of healthy nutrition

My bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the nutrition and the boarding of preschool children. In the first theoretical part the preschool child, health and healthy diet, the influence of nutrition on the child´s health, children education to healthy diet, the legislation and boarding regulations for children in nursery schools are defined. The bachelor thesis is focussed on the formation of the methodical material that would be possible to use during the work with children in nursery schools. The children are acquainted with the basic dividing of the foodstuffs. They make healthy snacks and drinks collectively and they are acquainted with the good manners of dining. The practical part includes methodical sheets that are presented there. It is concentrated on putting them into practice and their evaluation. The illustrative pictures are added.
