Czechoslovakia and the Maastricht Treaty

The bachelor thesis deals with the gradual transformation of the European Communities into the European Union since the 1980s, which was created on the basis of the signing of the official document (the Maastricht Treaty) in Maastricht, the Netherlands, in 1992. This treaty made a major contribution to the deepening of European integration and was also a significant event for the former Eastern bloc states, including the Czechoslovak Republic. The text also deals with the relations between the former Czechoslovakia and the European Community. The socio-political changes initiated in November 1989 meant, among other things, an attempt to 'return to Europe'. This slogan was used to express a certain effort to reintegrate back into the geopolitical space of an integrated Europe.

Awareness of Adolescents Children with Diagnosis Diabetes Mellitus in Relation to Adherence Treatment mode.

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the problem of diabetes mellitus disease in adolescents and on their attitude to the compliance with the therapeutic regime on the basis of their information level. The education of patients is necessary for their acceptance of the disease and for the succes of its lifelong treatment. The study is devided into two parts : the theoretical one contains basic characteristics of the disease, its history, manner of diagnosis, treatment and therapeutic mode together with information on the education of patients. The second- practical - part includes the results of the investigation, carried out by means of questionaries, which should show the level of awareness about diabetes mellitus among adolescents and their information and attitude to the therapeutic mode, diet, lifestyle . The investigation comprised a total of 50 the respondents aged of from 10 to 18 years. The study should contribute to a more coherent perspective on the presented issues and to identify any deficiencies in the awareness of adolescents of the disease.

Changes in attitudes to physical education for pupils fifth and sixth year of school involvement in outdoor activities in the hours of physical education

Tittle: The attitude changes of 5th and 6th grade pupils of primary school towards the physical education while involving outdoor activities during the physical education classes. Aim: The aim of the thesis is to find out if there is a possibility to change the pupil attitude towards the physical education at the primary school while involving the outdoor activities. Methods: All the data have been gained by the non-standardized questionnaire made for this purpose. It contains closed, opened and semi-closed questions. The questionnaire has been targeted at pupils of 5th and 6th grades of the primary school. Moreover the interviews have been taken to evaluate the classes. The data have been analyzed and evaluated in graphical and written form. Outcomes: The gained results have been compared with the assumptions formed before. The results show that part of the girl's experimental group reached the change in terms of the negative intensification. On the contrary in case of the boy's groups it came to the change in terms of the positive intensification of the attitude to physical education classes.
