Tato studie byla vypracována jako diplomová práce z oboru sociální práce. Jejim tématem je analýza vývoje občanského poradenství v letech 1997 - 2007 jako zcela nové sociální služby. Práce mapuje proces etablování této služby od prvotní občanské iniciativy k jedné z nízkoprahových odborných služeb. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit k jakým kvalitativním změnám došlo v občanském poradenství v minulém období. V první části se budu zabývat změnami ve vymezení obsahu pojmu občanské poradenství v minulých deseti letech a také dalšími souvislostmi, které vedly k jeho zakotvení v legislativě. Vycházím z předpokladu, že občanské poradny zaplňují mezeru v nabídce služeb sociálního poradenství a na rozdíl od jiných úzce specializovaných poraden působí jako širokospektrálně zaměřená bezplatná odborná pracoviště snadno dostupná občanovi, který se ocitl v tíživé životní situaci Dále pak se zaměřím na specifika rozšiřování sítě poraden, na změny a posuny tematických akcentů poradenských služeb. Povšimnu si též významných projektů, které ovlivňovaly strukturu poskytovaných informací a vedly k regionální specializaci vybraných pracovišť. Reflection on EU employment policy at district level (case study of Česká Lípa)

Otázka zaměstnanosti se stala jedním z hlavních témat evropské politiky. Prioritním záměrem není pouze předehnat ostatní mocnosti v produktivitě práce a zaručit tak svým občanům blahobyt. Evropě jde o udržitelnost jejích sociálních systémů, které stojí na základech evropského osvícenství vyvinutého z křesťanské tradice a solidarity. Evropa musí ze své integrace vytěžit co nejvíce, protože demografický vývoj a pomalý ekonomický růst nutí k hledání nových řešení. Příznivý ekonomický rozvoj a vysoká produktivita práce 60. let minulého století byla garancí minimální evropské nezaměstnanosti. Od 80. let 20. století se objevují nové potřeby restrukturalizace trhů práce. Začíná se realizovat politika zaměstnanosti, která má za úkol vytvářet nová pracovní místa a definovat pozici pracovníků na pracovním trhu. Snaha Evropského společenství k zachování vysoké kvality a produktivity práce vyústila ve formulaci Evropské strategie zaměstnanosti v roce 1997. Společenství se však nadále nedaří čelit problémům vysoké konkurence Spojených států a Japonska, stárnutí obyvatel a drahé pracovní síly Unie, která snižuje ekonomický potenciál. Social Rehabilitation for People with Disorder of Autistic Spectrum and their Possibilities in Labour Market

Práce pojednává o problematice zaměstnávání lidí s poruchou autistického spektra, konkrétně lidí s diagnózou vysokofunkční autismus a Aspergerův syndrom. Výstupem práce je zmapování nástrojů a služeb, které jsou nabízeny v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Kromě aktivit veřejné státní správy jsou zde také představeny způsoby práce, které jsou specifické pro nestátní neziskové organizace. Blíže popsána je metoda podporovaného zaměstnávání, která se jeví jako vysoce účinná pro zapojení těchto lidí na otevřený trh práce. V závěru jsou shrnuty možné překážky procesu zaměstnávání lidí s poruchou autistického spektra a návrhy na jejich možné řešení. Práce čerpá nejen z dostupné literatury zabývající se touto problematikou, ale i z vlastní zkušenosti pracovního konzultanta podporovaného zaměstnávání. Dalším důležitým zdrojem je informační portál Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a Úřad práce na Praze 9. Kromě toho byly využity poznatky z osobní účasti na konferencích, jejichž náplň souvisela s tématem práce. První se konala dne 16. 4. 2009 v Praze a nesla název Ochranná značka "Práce postižených". Seminář uspořádal Nadační fond pro podporu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. The principles of gratuity and nonprofit in social services in Czech Republic

This work targets the theoretical concept of social services system, which is based on the free market's principles and delimitated the regulation role of the state. The work targets the economical aspects of social services system and brings new views of financial flow in the system. Further, the work aims these services, where stay the client as an customer or submitter of the service. The general part reflects the current system of social services (1. chapter), which is based on relatively exacting state regulation and on the subvention system. Financial flows in the system are jumble now, there are combined the client pays and the state subventions without legal claim. Due to the providers cannot create long term strategy of social services development. Further, the subvention system disadvantages any legal forms of providers (NGO's, firms and providers out of the mode of social services' act. The first chapter brings a comparing in the European context. The second and the third chapter bring concept of free market system of social services. The treatise deals with foster care as the most suitable alternative to the institutional upbringing. It acquaints the reader both with the foster care practice, and the need of its development in the Czech Republic. Secondly, it compares foster care with adoption. The conclusion of the treatise is devoted both to the institutional upbringing system, and to the risks of this form of alternative care of children. It also brings interviews with the staff members of the regional children's home for children up to 3 years of age.

The bachelor thesis "Resources and possibilities of selffunding of NGO in social field" covers the subject of self-financing (self-funding). Organization income from self activities (activities of commercial character), generating profits. Solving the principle, opportunities, legislative, ethics, strategy, methods, etc. of it. It also presents the process of self-financing (self-funding). It specifies what does the term - self-financing (self-funding) mean, differences between these NGO business activities and fundraising and also why it is so important for NGOs. The indicators of poverty and social exclusion ("Laeken indicators")

This bachelor work is engaged in the indicators of poverty and social exclusion. It is focused on establishment of the indicators, their definitions and algorithms they are calculated. The first chapter displays indicators as instruments of social policy realisation. The next one describes the process before the indicators were established and the point when they have been established. The third chapter - the longest - comprises definitions and categorisation of the indicators. Moreover, it is practical part of the work, because this chapter is the indicators of poverty and exclusion detailed calculation methodology manual rendered from English into Czech. Following - the fourth chapter - is focused on essentiality and nonessentiality and redundance of information while measurement of social reality. The next chapter displays how the indicators might be used in the Czech Republic. The sixth one is focused on indicators establishing necessity justification. The last chapter describes possibilities and value of indicators dispersion both square and in number.

Each documents, which involve patients' rights are big part of this bachelor thesis. Bachelor thesis is also about their legal liability and their relation to the law. It also deals with relationships between doctor - patient and nurse - patient. Bachelor thesis includes some cases of infringement of this patients'rights and unethical advances of the last decade.
