Evaluation of Dietary Preferences in Students of Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague

The quality of nutrition has essential influence on health, mental comfort and sport performance. Social diseases (high blood preassure, ischemic heart desease, diabetes and cancer) are mostly the result of poor knowledge of nutrition rules. Nutrition of hobby and professional sportsmen has fundamental influence on quality and indurance of sport performance. Many sportsmen underestimate the importance of nutrition and therefore loose the opportunity to be well prepared for trainings and to reach ideal performance in competitions. Students of Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Charles University, in Prague, as a future coaches and people working in sport and physical education area should be well educatd in the nutrition area and be able to use their knowledges and pass them on their trainees. The aim of this thesis was to find out what the nutrition knowledges and food preferences of university student are. Nutrition prerences of university students were not ideal. Only 68% consumed low-fat food. 48% of surveyed ate low-fibre food. Intake of cereal crops and vegetables were 8% under standard. Consumption of dairy products and meat was higher. Analysis of Men's and Sport Performance in 100 Meter Dash

Title: Analysis ofmen's and women's sport peďormance in 100 meter dash. Name: Jana Lazarovova Aim: The aim of the thesis was to analyse and compare the structure of men's and women's sport peďormance in 100 meter dash at the Czech Champioships in Olomouc 2003, in Plzen 2004 and in Kladno 2005. We compared the resultant time of particular finalists, their intervals, speed, the number, length and frequency of their steps. The collected data should show us the weak points ofthe competitors. Methods: In the methodology we analyse the peďormance through six factors which we use in videorecording. (videorecording- 25 pictures I second- 6 factors). Values of the factors determine speed skills of sprinters (reaction time, acceleration, maximum speed, speed endurance). At the analysis of the peďormance we find out the portion of each factor influencing runner's speed (length and frequency of steps, etc.) 100 meter dash is evaluated on 1O meter sections, which enables to gain detailed information about analysed factors: 1. Family house with atelier

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a house with a studio. Building site is situated on the periphery of the town Bystré u Poličky. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors with no cellar. On the ground floor is situated garage with room for two cars. Integral part of bachelor thesis is a seminar paper. It deals with authentication functionality of family house in selected heating technology terms.

The influence of competition in the Czech insurance sector on the price of offered insurance product. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The main aim is to evaluate the importance of competitive conditions in the in-surance sector for the formation of prices offered insurance products in the Czech Republic. In the practical part is the analysis of the evolution of competitive conditions in the Czech insurance market using quantitative methods for measu-ring competition. Furthermore, a calculation of premiums for different scenarios in selected insurance companies with subsequent comparison of the values. At the end are defined prospects of future development of competitive conditions in the Czech insurance sector and their possible implications for future price offered insurance products.

Funding for Community Project

This thesis analyzes the implementation of the budget of the village Slatina and serves as a basis for a proposal to improve its economical status as well as the environmental issues. The first part contains theoretical basis for understanding of the functioning and financing of the village, the second part includes acquaintance with the municipality, the municipal budget performance analysis in the selected period 2008 - 2011 and the analysis of forecast budget for the period 2012 - 2014. The last part is a proposal for collection and processing of biodegradable municipal waste and calculation of its benefits.

Raising of the efficiency of residential building

The thesis deals with the evaluation of residential building located in the territory of Prague 1 and increasing its efficiency. The main goal of the thesis is to choose the right method of evaluation for this particular property and to present ways how to increase its efficiency and therefore its market value and revenue from rents. Furthermore, Law related to lease relations are described in the thesis as well. In the end of the thesis the market value is set using modern methods of property evaluation.

Analysis of the surface layer of the brake disk

Our research is focused on the changes in thin surface layer of the brake disk due to the impact of severe plastic deformation and heating by friction process. The aim of this study is to compare structure, chemical and phase compositions of the surface layer in depth up to several hundreds of nanometers in the no affected central part of brake disk and the part which was in contact with brake pads by braking. The basic information on structure and phase composition was obtained by optical and scanning electron microscopy, X-Ray Powder Diffraction and Mössbauer Spectroscopy. The thin surface layer was studied using Conversion Electron Mössbauer Spectroscopy and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. We explain the observed changes with the knowledge on effects of plastic deformation and/or diffusion of alloying elements in the material of the brake disk.
