Automata Systems

This bachelor thesis deals with automata systems, especially the ones, which are defined as state and or rule controlled parallel automata systems. Their components are finite automata systems. Definitions are retrieved from analyzing and researching already existing automata systems. In the thesis, a comparison of these systems is made with systems defined a priori. The thesis also analyzes first features of these systems, and second a possibilities of transforming the state controlled parallel automata system into the rule controlled parallel automata system and vice versa.

This thesis deals with a development of a library used for supporting card games on mobile devices and also brings some common suggestions that can be useful during the development and testing mobile applications. The library is designed to be supported by as many mobile devices as possible and to be supported by a desktop system as well since it can be very helpful especially for testing. The library is supposed to allow a developer to handle as many kinds of card games as possible.

This thesis deals with development of application for mobile phones programmed in Java - J2ME. The application is a card game Marias. User can choose play with two other people or with computer which is managed by expert system. This expert system is able to updade its "knowledgebase" via HTTP communication.

Implementation of Ford-Fulkerson Algorithm

This work describes the design of the graphic implementation of the Ford-Fulkerson Algorithm for searching the maximum flow and the minimal cut in the network. It contains a brief introduction with the theory of the graphs and the flows in the networks, it describes the principle of the Ford-Fulkerson Algorithm. The object design representing the graph in the program is cited, the drawing of the graph by the program and the creation of the graphic user interface of the application is described. The final program is worked up as a Java applet which is placed at the public internet pages www.ffaplikace.php5.cz.

Virus Checking Module for Thunderbird

This bachelor thesis deals with development of virus checking module for e-mail client Thunderbird. The module checks e-mail content using AVG tools. It is accomplished by scanning attachments in incoming and outgoing e-mails. The module is implemented by using technologies XUL, XPCOM, JavaScript and DOM. It works successfully with protocols POP3 and IMAP, and provides execution of several actions with infected message.

Movie Database

This baccalaureate work deals with the proposal and realization of an information system for repair and presentation of films and with its related data such as creators, filming awards etc. This information system includes the function for a repair of users, a small editorial system for nesting articles and other single parts common for the web informative portal. The emphasis is on the proposal of a suitable data mock - up, transcendental operating, lucidity information. The purpose of the whole work is a collection of user's data and resulting connection of these data with actual data. Motivation to this work me was biggest world's Internet Filming Database - IMDb and biggest Czech filming database - CSFD. Mine aim be formed competitive system, to these databases.
