Effect of feeding flaxseed on the quality of goat milk fat

Type of feed, its quality, form of adjustments and feeding technique influence the composition and quality of milk. The share of milk components is highly variable, depending on nutrition and animal health. The greatest changes occurring in milk fat content. Milk fat is responsible for the natural flavor of milk. However, in terms of the modern world, human, saturated fatty acids contained in milk fat is considered negative active ingredient with the subsequent development of cardiovascular disease and the development of atherosclerosis in humans. Currently, therefore a growing demand for polyunsaturated fatty acids in milk as a healthy alternative. For this reason, an effort to influence the composition or the content of fatty acids in the milk of dairy animals. One way to significantly increase the content of desired MUFA and PUFA acids in milk fat is the use of oils and oilseeds in the ration. Very positive influence flaxseed, which among other things contains high levels of linolenic acid.
The aim of this work is to analyze and evaluate the milk fat of goats, which are fed with linseed in extruded form compared with a control group of goats without complementary food. It can assume that feeding flaxseed to increase milk fat content, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Verification of project „Park za sv. Jakubem v Klatovech“

City council of Klatovy town in the Czech Republic submitted a contract for a new town park project on the place called "Za sv. Jakubem" in 2005. Studio SILVEX represented by Ing. Pavel Borusík won this contract and created a feasibility study as the first step of the project documentation. Till now the study has not been realized because of problematic ownership issues within the concerned area.
This diploma thesis strives to solve the question of the up-to-dateness of that project which has been suspended for ten years by now. The main subjects of this thesis have been the project content evaluation, verification of up-to-dateness and to design a new solution respecting current and future needs of the city inhabitants and park users.
Literary overview of the current state of the problem deals with public space areas characteristics, city park characteristics, graveyard characteristics including types of graveyards, burials, graves, burial history in the Czech Republic and Jewish cemeteries. The thesis addresses with the impact of the death on survivors and greenery effects as a green place useful for meditation. The graveyard topic is elaborated because of the geographical distance of Klatovy's town's graveyard to the intended park area.
Evaluation of detailed data provides the fundamental information about Klatovy and the park place, brief contents and main thoughts of feasibility study "Za sv. Jakubem", own verification of the available documentation including changes in the property relations.
All together it had served as a basis for designing new park concept proposal, which responds adequately to demands of park users. The project by Studio SILVEX proposes park place with purely town meaning, containing children playground, in-line skating track and other sport activities. The diploma thesis's park concept transforms the project with focus on scenery locations and relax place for visitors of the nearby town graveyard.

This thesis focuses on the topic of marketing strategy of FTV Prima s.r.o. in the television market. The main objective of this thesis is the definition of marketing activities and the use of marketing tools by FTV Prima, a company operating nationwide TV broadcast television stations Prima, Prima COOL, Prima Love and Prima ZOOM, leading to a better position in the television market. The theoretical part of the thesis is the application of marketing mix 4P in the television as a media. The practical part is a description of the inner workings of FTV Prima in connection with charting the television market

Dynamic BSC and strategy maps as a tool for corporate communications

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one of the current methods of strategic management and planning. Unlike some methods are focused on non-financial measures, when their connection with financial indicators leads to more efficient management of business performance. Dynamic BSC is one of the modifications of the BSC method, which uses elements of system dynamics and system thinking, for its optimization. One of the elements that are used in conjunction with this method, the strategy maps, which is used to visualize the interdependence of goals and metrics between basic BSC perspectives (financial , customer , internal processes , learning and growth). Balanced Scorecard and strategy maps can also serve as a tool for communicating critical information in enterprise-wide breadth. This use allows employees at lower levels of management to be informed about the objectives of the company, and their specific involvement to achieve them (their contribution to strategic , tactical and operational objectives ). The contribution of the thesis is the exploration and subsequent evaluation , which is the awareness and use of methods Balanced Scorecard and strategy maps to support communication and awareness in enterprises.

Ethics on the Internet (Etiquette)

This thesis addresses the issue of ethics on the Internet. The first part focuses on a brief history of the development of ethics and ethical principles used even today. The second part is devoted to information ethics, which is an integral part of the Internet, since it deals with the creation, dissemination, transformation, storage, search, use and organization of information, and also deals with specific standards, codes and principles that were created either specifically for the Internet or are now an integral part. The third part is devoted to valid Czech and European legislation in the field of information work in various media, including on the Internet. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of the current situation of ethics on the Internet, where they described the problems with which we meet today. Such problems are violations of copyright law, whether piracy or plagiarism, threats associated with Internet communications, kyberstalking, cyberbullying, kybergrooming or activity on social networks. In addition, problem situations are mentioned online trading, which are currently controlled by many associations, consumer protection or influence of the media and advertisements, and incessant problem of censorship. The final part is also added to the survey, which was created speficically for this work and proposal of possible solutions to improve the current situation.

This bachelor thesis discusses five performances created by Jiří Kylián (L?enfant Et Les Sortileges, The Soldier?s Tale, Kaguyahime, Tantz-Schul, One of a Kind).
First chapter contents short information about choreographer?s life.
Each choreography is analyzed in the following chapters. Every chapter contents information about the date and place of premiere, the author of music, libretto, stage design, costume and light design.
The main interest targets the dramatic line of the performance. Especially if some crucial moments are visible, how many dancers are there in the performance, creation and usage of stage and stage properties. Choreographic creation is also described.
I compared these titles with focusin on the evolutin of choreographers work with elements described thereinbefore.

Digital technology in Czech cinemas

This bachelor thesis inquires into the subject of "Digital technology in Czech cinemas". It deals with the technical innovations of cinemas - the digitalisation, which is the primary subject of the film industry today. The digitalisation creates new possibilities for cinemas, but at the same time it is an intimidation. This work surveys the development and the present stage of cinemas, the way the cinemas face the digitalisation and the uneven competition of single-screen and multiscreen cinemas in the Czech Republic while focusing on Středočeský kraj. Furthermore this thesis presents opinions of cinema visitors through a questionnaire.

Práce se zabývá právní úpravou přechodu průmyslového vlastnictví při prodeji podniku, zkoumáním problematických míst v samotné právní úpravě institutu smlouvy o prodeji podniku a návrh jejich řešení. Práce obsahuje i hospodářskosoutěžní aspekty přechodu průmyslového vlastnictví při prodeji podniku a problematiku oceňování průmyslového vlastnictví. V práci je obsažena rovněž komparace zkoumané problematiky s právem USA.

Právna úprava a forma ochrany ochranných známok- Porovnanie situácie v ČR po vstupe do EU so situáciou v USA

Účelom tejto diplomovej práce je porovnať právnu úpravu regulujúcu a chrániacu ochranné známky v Českej republike s právnou úpravou ochranných známok v Spojených Štátoch Amerických.Ochranná známka ako predmet duševného vlastníctva znamenala už mnohokrát úspech tovaru či podnikateľa na trhu. Jej hlavnou funkciou je umožniť spotrebiteľom identifikovať výrobok konkrétneho výrobcu a odlíšiť ho od iných zhodných či podobných výrobkov konkurencie. Je vysoko pravdepodobné, že spotrebitelia, ktorí sú spokojní s daným výrobkom, si v budúcnosti tento výrobok opäť kúpia alebo použijú. Zároveň ochranná známka chráni podnikateľa, zabezpečuje ochranu investícií, ktoré vložil do kvality svojich výrobkov či služieb a do ich propagácie. V diplomovej práci sú porovnávané jednotlivé právne inštitúty známkového práva v dvoch krajinách- ČR a USA, dôraz je kladený hlavne na odlišnosti, ale práca opisuje i podobnosti. V súvislosti s právnou úpravou v Českej republike po vstupe do EU sa zameriava aj na známkové právo v Európskej únii.
