The legal form change of a trading company conversion is a difficult process due to which the structure of the company changes dramatically. This step is a result of the company dramatical growth. Also lately the company goes through increasing demand factor of its market environment. The purpose of the company legal form change in our case is a clearer capital structure assignment and also the possibility of free tallage disposal.

This Bachelor Thesis entitled ”Problems of the remuneration system of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava employees” analyses current state of remuneration system of this subject of public administration and proposes its improvement. In the first theoretical part, important terms of remuneration are explained; the second practical part is focused on specific system of remuneration of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava. The system was thoroughly analysed and evaluation of the employees’ satisfaction with this system was examined with opinion pool.

This diploma thesis analyses the issues, which are connected with the insurance portfolio concept for the property of Novy Malin community. It includes analysis of all risks and suggestions of an insurance portfolio that can help the community minimize the most serious risks to its activities through commercial insurance and reduce to lowest level the threats to those activities.

The subject of the bachelor thesis: „The Rewarding system change proposal for the company Kratochvil J&M s.r.o.“ is an analysis of the current reward system and employee incentive program at Kratochvil J&M s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: compensation, wages, motivation and their inter-relationship. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel politics, reward system and work incentive at Kratochvil J&M s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of rewards and workplace motivations.

Composition of Business development plan for small service industry company is the subject of my bachelor´s thesis. I will be concerned subsequently with all aspects related to development of the company. I will use theoretical knowledge which I got from study of Faculty of Business at Brno University of Technology and which is relevant to the subject of my thesis and my practical skills. I will consult elaboration of thesis with expert of profession during working.
