The graduation thesis was elaborated on TOP Dům company and it is separated into two basic parts analytic and proposed. The company analysis was directed especially on marketing. There are showed problems that have been necessity corrected. I propose a solution of these problems in the second part. There are showed a strong points of company and a potencial utilization of market at the deficiency elimination of firm and threats that may it influence on.

The proposal of finance of habitation in new housing quarters

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of available forms of financing of housing in Czech Republic. The attention is basicly concentrated on mortages and loans provided by building society, including bridging loans. There are also mentioned different types of prospects for financing, concretely loans and backing provided by government. The application example shows financial demands of various products and their possible combinations.

My diploma thesis analyses present situation in the area of marketing management in the company offering predominantly services. According to completed analysis in the conclusion of my thesis I offer suggestions which lead to improving of the company management and which also lead to rise of the competitiveness and profit of the company and other important economical indicators.

The aim of this thesis is the proposal of amplification of marketing activities of the company. This work consist of the theoretical, analytical and practical parts. On the basis of findings of analysis are formulated particular proposals of amplifications of marketing activities in practical section. This proposals should give support to the company marketing strategy and help to achieve company aims.
