Moje diplomová práce analyzuje současnou situaci v oblasti marketingového řízení ve firmě poskytující převážně služby. Na základě provedených analýz v závěru práce nabízím náměty, které vedou ke zlepšení vedení firmy a tím ke zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti, zisku a dalších důležitých ekonomických ukazatelů. My diploma thesis analyses present situation in the area of marketing management in the company offering predominantly services. According to completed analysis in the conclusion of my thesis I offer suggestions which lead to improving of the company management and which also lead to rise of the competitiveness and profit of the company and other important economical indicators.
