Methodology of regional homeland study education: a case study Český Krumlov and its surroundings

This thesis deals with methodological problems of education of regional homeland study on a case study on municipality and the surroundings of Český Krumlov. In the first part of the thesis is detailed description of the studied area (the area of the municipality of Český Krumlov) {--} delimitation and location of the area, its physical and social geographical features, historical development and places of interest in Český Krumlov and in its surroundings. The other part of the thesis issues from the special information introduced in its first part and presents adaptation of the topic for children that attends primary school (from the first to the fifth class). This adaptation respects The Framework Education Programme for Basic Education, its thematic area The Place Where We Live from the educational area Humans and Their World. Educational texts (for third, fourth and fifth class) and worksheets completes the notes for teachers. This thesis includes common chapters such as the introduction, the analysis of used literature, and the methodology of this thesis, conclusion and list of used literature.

Analysis of the fringe benefit system in the company

This thesis is aimed on fringe benefits which are very popular part of employee's remuneration these days. The supply of benefits is very wide and it depends on the employer what he chooses. It is important to take into consideration what influence the benefits have on employees' satisfaction and what are their tax impacts. The objective of this thesis is to consider all mentioned aspects and to analyse the system of fringe benefits in the company Murr CZ s.r.o. For analysis of the present employee's satisfaction with the system, questionnaire method was used. Then some changes were recommended which could improve the benefit system regarding satisfaction and also regarding tax impacts. The employees could be divided into two groups according their position in the company. First one would be management and the second one would be team leaders and workers. Following this concept the company could adapt benefits with regard to specifics of each group. The company should think over the new benefits including pension insurance contribution and the alternative between transport allowances and culture or sport vouchers.

Globální ekologický problém - Spojené státy americké

Práce rozebírá současné globální problémy a soustředí se na enviromentální problém. Popisuje současnou situaci v USA, rozebírá jednotlivé projekty na zlepšení a jejich úspěšnost, součástí této kapitoly jsou i informace o Kjótském protokolu a vztahu USA k němu. Dále popisuje situaci v oblasti ekologie za vlád jednotlivých prezidentů. Nakonec uvádí současnou enviromentální politiku USA a projekci emisí v této zemi v nejbližších letech.

Yoghurt market segmentation

Cílem práce je odhalit segmenty na českém trhu jogurtů. Práce obsahuje charakteristiku produktu a jednotlivých tržních subjektů. Data jsou zpracována na základě primárních dat (dotazníkové šetření). Práce obsahuje primární analýzu, křížovou a shlukovou analýzu. Výsledkem je charakteristika jednotlivých segmentů včetně marketingového doporučení.
