The Master's thesis is aimed at the analysis of the information system of VOŠ a SPŠ Žďár nad Sázavou and improvement proposal in the sphere of communication. The focus is on the processes related to the e-mail communication management and communication in general, be it outside or inside the organization. The thesis contains communication means proposal which should help to define appropriate IT support for the processes related to communication. Means of information security are mentioned on a basic level, risk assessment is included as well.

The diploma thesis focuses on the usage of Business Intelligence for the analysis of the provided employee data. It describes the process of creating dashboards in the chosen Business Intelligence tools, compares them based on the defined criteria and chooses the most suitable tool. The diploma thesis also contains a description of an implementation process of the created solution and an economic evaluation including costs and benefits.

The thesis is focused on the current situation and the information system analysis of the particular retail, which deals with the sale of animal feed and supplies. Furthermore, it provides the improvement proposal, in order to support company sales. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part determines the theoretical basis. The second part analyses the current situation of the company, evaluates the quality of its information system and the company in general. The content of the practical part is a proposal of a sales promotion system through e-commerce.

In the end of thesis is assessment of the application and induction to real business conditions.

This master’s thesis deals with designing of the reporting solution for the selected company. In the theoretical part its describing the present state of the topic, defines the basic terminology, clarifes theoretical background and explain how to understand to a concept of business intelligencem reporting or information systém. Next part describes the design of the solution. This thesis then concludes with brief evalution of the solution and recommendation for the company.

Data storage system for area of civil aviation

In the thesis the design of the Data Storage System (DSS) is proposed with the respect to the V-Model methodology. The design is based on users requirements, from which the system requirements are created and the technical specification of the DSS is developed. In the technical specifications the functionality of the DMM and HMI DSS subsystems are described and sub-system requirements are assigned to them, then they are subdivided and assigned to individual DMM (Data memory module) and HMI hardware items. Moreover, requirements are analyzed on hardware items, specific electronic components, are selected and implemented into the block design of the DMM hardware. Based on the block design of hardware, the hardware of the DMM subsystem is designed, selectively simulated and implemented along with the printed circuit board. On the implemented hardware of the DMM subsystems measurements are performed in order to verify the basic functionality of the hardware and the calculated, assimilated and measured values are compared as well. At the end of the thesis there is a short description of the implementation of the software design and its use for basic initialization of the selected processor, together with the verification of its basic function - measuring the frequency of the internal clock sources and the clock domains. The work is completed by sending a message of defined parameters to the selected communication line and sapling it by an oscilloscope, so that the basic function of the DMM subsystem is verified.

The contribution to the knowledge of chipped stone industry in the district of Cheb

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize the existing knowledge of the chipped-stone artifacts in the district of Cheb. The thesis provides a revision of a collection of findings located in Cheb museum, localisation and the manner of acquisition of the findings. The revised artifacts are mostly examined from the typological and material viewpoint. Certain selected localities are revised by the archeological non-destructive research through the method of surface prospecting. The same method is then applied on the newly predicted localities.
