The Final Project focuses on developing marketing startegies considering the communication on the Czech real estate market, with specific emphasis on the town of Prostejov and its surroundings. The Project deals with mapping and describing the issues within the area of developing marketing strategies in the process of sale and purchase of the real estate. The Theoretical Part sets the fundamental marketing terminology, deals with the term of the construction market and the effects of individual subjects present on the market. The Practical Parts is formed by the marketing research whose outcomes reveal a set of recommendations in the field of marketing strategies for the real estate professionals within their marketing communication. The very result of this Project is a proposal of the optimal media selected for the effective communication with customers.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is Conception of the Housing Policy in the CR. It is divided into four main parts. The first part explains general characteristics of the housing policy, describes the role of the state and her goals. Then is presented the state housing concept from 2011. The second part introduces available support housing. The third part explains proceses housing construction in the CR and last part is focused on the housing policy of town Litomyšl.

This Master’s Thesis is focused on the analysis of the company Metrostav a.s. that operated in the construction in the Czech Republick and aboard. Based on the selected methods – SLEPTE analysis, Porter’s analysis, Model 4C and SWOT analysis and further led a controlled interview. Based on the findings, I present appropriate recommendations to the company to improve the current situation.

The aim of the thesis is to create a marketing plan for a building company in 2012. The theoretical part is devoted to the description the building market, strategy and marketing strategy, situational analysis and its tools. There are basic concepts explained, each division and structure. In the practical part describes the company and its activities. The marketing situation analysis, describes the current situation in which the business is located and the influences that act on it. Each analysis is the basis for creating a marketing plan for the company Klima-Brno in 2012. The marketing plan defined objectives. The chosen strategy is elaborated in action programs, by which should be complied with that goal. The conclusion is given control system and the possible risks that may impede the achievement of the marketing plan.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the new website of the company bau32, spol s.r.o using UX testing methodologies and its subsequent operation. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the current website of the company bau32, spol s.r.o (www.domy-naskalach.cz) works from the point of view of user experience. This is related to competitor analysis and costumer testing. Design of a new website based on research. As part of the theoretical part of the work, it is summarized what UX methods are used in the work, what theoretical assumption of webdesign are used for the resulting appearance of the web. It also includes a theory regarding the SEO optimization of the mentioned website. In the practical part, the work deals with the design of a new website for the company. Suggest changes based on UX research done for current website, competitor analysis and costumer testing. Apply these suggestions and retest the success of the changes made onthe new website. The output of the bachelor thesis is the creation of a new, more functional website and its operation.

The thesis deals with the issue of marketing planning in a construction company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the problem of marketing planning in the construction industry. It describes the construction market, marketing mix, analysis of micro and macro environment, international marketing and application of marketing plan in a construction company. The practical part of the thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains an analysis of the public procurement laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Czech Republic. The second part describes a specific construction company. On the basis of the individual analyses, a marketing plan is prepared for the company XYZ, which plans to expand its scope of activity to the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aim of the thesis was to analyze and describe how marketing planning affects the participation of a construction firm in public procurement. The output of the thesis is the definition of a marketing plan proposal for a specific construction firm based on the identified state of this firm and the environment.

The practical part describes the project «Nová Zbrojovka», the current situation of using marketing tools and marketing strategy of the project, analysis of these tools and recommendations for their use in the future.
