Hurníková, Kateřina
This thesis is oriented to teaching recorder playing as well as recorder role on musicians training on elementary and secondary schools. I am interested in the issue both as being interpret as well as educationalist. Recorder is widely used and popular on every type of school. It is being used even on healing respiratory disorders. However, teaching of recorder faces many problems. Outdated textbooks containing erroneous statements or poor qualified teachers underestimating lessons and without interesting in its own skills improving, to count some of them. Deeply surveying these facts I found out that teaching may have certain level but what is almost completely missing is creativity. And it is creativity which is meaningful for instrument skills as well as complete personality development. I proposed and formed creativity development exercises and arranged it to three groups: 1. Breathing 2. Articulation 3. Fingering Implementation of some exercises is clear and other are provided by music sheets. The teacher and pupils are not expected to practice it verbally, it can be used as patterns for own teacher's creativity, instead. It's efficiency was proved by my own practice and many teachers is interested into it now. Complying to my original ideas they are modifying it for their specific needs. Our...

The thesis is focused on his compositions and his contribution as a pianist and a teacher with the aim to establish a practical source of information. This source ought to fulfil both its musicological potential, especially concerning the analysis of Czech classical music of the end of the 20th century up till now, as well as its potential in the field of education, noting Bartoň's works for children and his academic pedagogical contribution. The thesis is systematically organised into several parts. The main body starts with the composer's biography. The attention then moves to his compositions, which are systematically presented and commented on from the perspective of Bartoň's musical style development and its tendencies. His works adhere to the postmodern ideal considering the fact that the music deals in a specific way with the synthesis of stylistic elements. The scope of his oeuvre is relatively wide. It mostly encompasses instrumental pieces, although there are many others including, for example, musical-dramatic works, vocal pieces, electroacoustic music, and music for the theatre. The individual compositions and their performances are...
