Car Fault Diagnostics
Potocký, Matej ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Šedivá, Soňa (advisor)
This diploma work is targeting fault diagnostics of electronic systems and engines used in automobiles. Results and methods used to diagnose faults are analyzed within the work, using standard diagnostic methods and devices, results of which were captured measuring with multi-channel oscilloscope. Furthermore, suggestions of using methods optimized for cost and time difficulty factors are made.
MEMS microphones' parameters analysis
Halata, Roman ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the types and properties of currently used MEMS microphones. This thesis is scoped to digitial MEMS microphones and their digital output. Thesis includes design and realization of workplace and evaluation of results of the measurements.
Safety Microcontroller Applications
Nacev, Nikola ; Beran, Jan (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
The deals of thesis were described methods for designing safety applications, made analysis of possible microcontroller faults of long-run system, described software and hardware methods for fault detection in microcontroller and applied some March test to microcontroller. To application were chosen MATS+, PMOVI and March SS tests. These tests were modified to word-oriented memory. Further it was made analysis of modified tests to determination fault coverage, testing times and program memory requirement. To determination of fault coverage was created virtual memory with fault function models. March tests were compared with each other and with another pattern test (checkboard test).
Measuring system for pulse tests
Brýdl, Ondřej ; Uher, Miroslav (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
In this paper is discussed impulse testing at high voltage switchgear. It focused on practical methodics of measuring, theoretical knowledge and technical terms. Further is discussed a parts of switchgear UniGear ZS1, which is most often equipment to measure. It also dealing with own measurements, process of measuring and wiring diagram. As next step, is perform trial testing with Dr Strauss system and digital osciloskope. Based on trial test, it choose digital scope and create application in in the program LabVIEW12 and debugging workstation at technical laboratory in ABB.
Moisture sensor
Čermák, Jan ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor work consider with question of measurement of air humidity. Here are the basic theorem, wich have relation to air humidity, and detailed description of methods, wich are used in air humidity sensors. After come note about qestion of measurement humidity in soild substance. Next theme is calibration of sensors. In the last part is describle the structure of electrical network with unificated readout., wich is dependent on surrounding relative air humidity. Obiter work contain practical measurement of humidity in industry and qestions about it.
Laser vibrometer with 2D scanning system
Rajm, Martin ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals in the theoretical part with the non-contact vibration measurement by single point Laser Doppler vibrometer and it concretes constructions used in practice. It deals also with the possibilities of the laser beam scanning to measure the vibrations in the plane and there are also listed suitable-commercial systems for this solution. Mentioned sweep is immediately necessary for 2D scanning vibrometer construction. In the practical part, the single-point laser vibrometer OFV-5000 was expanded by scanning galvo system, supplemented by a measuring cards for signal acquisition from the vibrometer and suitable control hardware was chosen for mentioned laser. For the resulting hardware assembly was designed and implemented in LabVIEW measurement software, to control the 2D scanning system, to set the position of the laser beam and to process and to visualize of measured vibration signals in the plane. The functionality of the developed measuring system was checked by performed measurement and visualization of the velocity vibration of restraint girder, excited by shaker.
Calibration of angular encoder
Šindelář, Michal ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with calibration of incremental encoders. Introduces basic principles and terms in the field of rotary encoders and its calibration. The first part describes angular displacement sensors. Especially it focuses on optoelectrical incremental encoders. It also includes market research of very high-accuracy encoders. The second part contains description of precision calibration techniques with uncertainty to the thousandth of an arc-sec level. In the last part, the development of a calibration stage is presented and consequently the error map of an encoder is obtained.
Visualization of sound fields
Kovář, Petr ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with problems of acoustical field visualization using near-field acoustical holography. This method is often refered as NAH. Within the thesis the basic acoustical field variables are processed and described. Two algorithms were analysed, namely the Statistically Optimal Algorithm (SONAH) and the Iterative Algorithm using the Fourier Transform (STFT) with a K-filter (Wave-Domain Filter). These algorithms are described in detail. The outcome of the practical part of this thesis is the application for sound pressure visualization. The application is created in the LabVIEW environment from the known codes and the calculation of the sound pressure is performed with one of the two algorithms described in this thesis. From depicted acoustical maps the disadvantages of this method and differences between algorithm are shown. These algorithms are then compared according to speed of the calculation.
Position measurement
Marek, Michal ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This paper describes the possibility of measuring plane controls deflection. It also analyzed a number of principles displacement sensing. Subsequently, it was chosen triangulation distance sensor and this sensor was carried out measurements.
Time Synchronization of PC in Measurement and Control System
Vořechovský, Karel ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Keprt, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to measure the time synchronization precision of chosen methods. Therefor was chosen the synchronization method between two nodes using a couple of GPS recievers and a synchronizatian method through the ethernet using the precision time protocol. The precision of synchronization methods was measured by generating and timestamping an external measurement pulse wired to both nodes. By comparing the timastamps of both nodes was aquired the jitter between them. In addition was measured the timedrift between two clock counters for precise setup of the synchronization interval.
