Marketing communication and legal protection of personality. Conflicts, solutions, sanctions, rectification.

The diploma thesis deals with the standard marketing communication and its possible effects on humans. The issue is analysed from a legal point of view and it treats with the recent problems affected by increasing level of technological development. The thesis is divided into two parts, covering part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part primarily focuses on the individual terminology of the marketing and the marketing communication, continues with the issue of protection of the personality, and also defines the question of both aspects in the context. The thesis comprehensively analyses the regulation of the protection of the personality, the regulation of the marketing environment, as well as focus on the concept and regulation of the media, as major media. From the media view is the thesis derived from two fundamental human rights, which in practice very often come to a mutual dispute. The elaboration of the legislation is supported by the case law. The practical part of the thesis is focused on actual cases, which Czech and foreign courts deal with in particular themes. Sub-part of the thesis deals with the questionnaires investigation, in order to analyse opinions of the public in that matter. In the final part of the thesis are all received knowledge evaluated and applied to a specified hypothesis.

Animal in the conception of Act 89/2012 Coll, Civil Code

The diploma thesis consists of two main parts, namely of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of diploma thesis is separated into several main chapters. The first chapter is created by historical survey of animal conception in previous legal modifications. Especially, the legal modicification of animal in Act 40/1964 Coll. Is interesting. The second chapter is aimed at judicial disputes cause by animals about compensation of damage. The third chapter defines animal in the conception of Act 89/2012 Coll. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is finished by a table. It compares the former legal modification with the current legal modification about animals. The practical part of the diploma thesis is aimed at insurance of animals. The practical part has several main chapters too. The first chapter defines common modification of insurance in Act 89/2012 Coll. The second chapter is aimed at survey of Czech insurance companies, which offer insurance of animals. The last chapter is very important. This chapter summarizes results of conversations with respondents. Respondents are owners of animals and they have insurance for their animals. There are a lot of types of animal insurance. The differences between various types of animal insurance are explained in the practical part.

Breeding of dangerous animal species; by Act 246/1992 Coll

Breeding species requiring special care is quite a complex legal act. In the thesis deals with legislation regulating the breeding of animal species requiring special care. Marginally, I touched upon the history of breeding animals requiring special care. In this work, in particular, I deal with the fact that the relevant laws and decrees regulating the breeding of dangerous animals applied in practice, to actually prevent cruelty to these animals and keeping them there is no threat environment, property and human health. In conclusion, the findings and apply them in practice, using a questionnaire.

Banking issues focused on seniors

The theoretical part of the thesis consists of characteristics of particular banking products from their history to current usage. Aditionally, the thesis is specialized in the approach of banking institutions too seniors and their current offered possibilities. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a qualitative research through the medium of a questionnaire survey on the topic Banking services, which approaches the problem of accessibility seniors to banking institutions in general and their intensive usage in three different cities. Subsequently, the results of seniors are compared with opinions of other generations in order to determine any existing difference when using banking services dependent on age. Another essential part of the practical part of this thesis is an interview with an employee of one of the major banks, which leads to the discovery of the approach both inside and outside. Thanks to this an overall conclusion of the situation by the client and the bank can be made.

Marriage, its issues and economic consequences in practice in relation to recodification of the private law

The thesis deals with the issue of marriage, particularly focuses on the context of the past recodification of private law in terms of the length, frequency and complexity of the legal procedures, which are linked to marital property systems.
It deals with the institution of marriage, its development and disappearance and other terms related to this topic. It mainly focuses on marital property right, which discusses community property. The next chapter focuses on the development of matrimonial régime and matrimonial regime, as a result of marriage.
The thesis includes data acquired from the statistical survey of the District Court in Czech Budejovice. These data were further analyzed after talks with the competent judges. Some of the data were being compared with other data available across the Czech Republic in accordance with the statistics of the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Justice. In this thesis, I also reviewed what the impact of the Act no. 89/2012 Sb. in matrimonial regime was and how this recodification is being perceived in practice by the judges.

Differences between the transfer of shares in a business corporation for consideration and the purchase the business establishment

The topic of my diploma thesis is " Differences between the transfer of shares in a business corporation for consideration and the purchase the business establishment". The main objective of my thesis is to explain and compare two legal institutes that are frequently used in order to change financial or proprietary structure in a business corporation. In my thesis I analyse the most important aspects which have to be taken into consideration while making these transactions. These aspects are legal, accounting and tax viewpoints that are crucial for a responsible seller or purchaser to consider according to the aim he wants to achieve by this transaction before the disposition commencement with one of these institutes. In practical part of my thesis I present some examples and their references following particularly from judicature of superior law courts (legal source since 1 January 2014 ) which show consequences and their view of aspects of individual steps concerned with share or company conversion. Further the practical part contains specific accounting methods and taxes related to these transactions.

Specifics of marketing communication for the German market

This thesis deals with topic of marketing communication. Its goal is evaluate the specifics of marketing communication for the German market by comparison of Czech and German communications markets. The thesis is divided into three parts -- two theoretical and one practical part. The second theoretical part consists of literary sources dealing with issues of international marketing communication.In the practical part, is analyzed the comparison of Czech and German communication markets, the description of the country and their consumers.
