Technology of Sensor Networks
Koval, Miroslav ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Trchalík, Roman (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with sensor networking technology, namely about ZigBee. This work consists of two parts - teoretical and practical. The teoretical part is created by some chapters which describe protocols and standards which compose a bases to ZigBee technology. Some parts of this chapter compare ZigBee network with the other wireless solutions and deals with their features. Practical parts is based on properties of available ZigBee devices and summarize communication among sensor network nodes,  own ZigBee application, application gateway design and its implementation for ZigBee network monitoring and control from Internet. The last chapter is devoted to discusion about problems and their solutions alternatively  about suggestions of next study and improvement this project.
Accessibility of Web Technologies and Standards
Konečná, Kateřina ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with accessibility and web standards. It explains the importance of creating accessible web pages due to disabled users. Individual disabilities are briefly described in a separate chapter. The thesis presents a summary of Web accessibility standards in Europe, America, Australia and Asia. This analysis is completed by comparing the individual countries. The second part focuses on the formalization of different ways, where three methods are applied to three different guidelines.
Methods of the Payment Protocols Design
Matúška, Peter ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This paper analyses some existing approaches in security and payment protocol design. It describes protocol design using simple BAN logic and using derivation system. Special attention is paid to composition method, which is based on the design of complicated protocols from small parts called primitives and it is demonstrated on design of purchase procedure of SET protocol. This method was automated and implemented in C++ language, which allows designer to generate set of candidate protocols according to his needs and this set can be further used for next phase of protocol design process.
A System for Monitoring Status of Network Links via SNMP
Zubčák, Peter ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor thesis is an implementation of the system for monitoring status of network links. System collects information from network nodes, from which calculates metrics and statistics, which are available for users in MIB. The communications with network nodes is proceeded by SNMP protocol. The system is implemented in C++ language as a multiplatform service.
Validation of Web Accessibility
Krásný, Kamil ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The subject matter of this project is accessibility of web pages and possibilities of its automated validation. This thesis defines what web accessibility really is and identifies what disabilities can users of the Internet suffer from. The main goal is to analyse and to compare current web accessibility rules valid in the USA, in the European Union and in the Czech Republic and to research existing validators as well. The tools are divided into the following categories: Online tools, toolbars and desktop applications. The output of this project is in form of specification and implementation of a new validation tool.
Analysis and Demonstration of Selected Network Attacks
Jirásek, Jakub ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe and realize selected network attacks which are taught at the FIT, Brno University of Technology. The thesis includes demonstration exercises that can be used for teaching computer network security. First part of this work discusses theory for each attack and possible security solutions. In the second part the practical realizations (for each network attack) are described.
Advanced Web Crawler
Činčera, Jaroslav ; Jirák, Ota (referee) ; Trchalík, Roman (advisor)
This Master's thesis describes design and implementation of advanced web crawler. This crawler can be configured by user and is designed for web browsing according to specified parameters. Can acquire and evaluate content of web pages. Its configuration is performed by creating projects which are consisting of different types of steps. User can create simple action like downloading page, form submission, etc. or can create more complex and larger projects.
Analysis and Demonstration of Selected Wireless Attacks in OS Windows
Husár, Michal ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis descibes available technologies used for securing wireless networks and their weaknesses and imperfections. In the thesis there are described network attacks performed on the Windows platform, which abuse these weaknesses. Thesis is also devoted to creation of demonstration video and written instructions for each attack, which can be used for teaching network security.
Risk Management Support Tool
Škutová, Sára ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This master thesis deals with risk management in projects. The goal was to study the knowledge areas of project management, especially planning, identification and qualitative analysis of risk management. Based on the information from the required area, a tool was designed to help visualize the risks on the project while supporting their identification and analysis. The designed tool was programmed with the combination of Java Spring Boot server and React client. At the end of this thesis you can find result of the testing and possible future expansion of the application.
Design of Zero-Knowledge Protocols
Šafář, Jan ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
Thesis introduces automated methods of protocol design and their usability for zero knowledge protocol design or protocols, where ZK protocols are used as subprotocols. Especially composition method is described more in depth. Thesis shows also a sample implementation of this method.
