Interactive web applications for education of color theory
Koroleva, Anfisa ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of interpretation of colors and color images in computer graphics. Specifically, the work is focused on the development of simple web applications – applets that will serve for interactive submission of methods used in the field of computer processing of color images. The created applets should demonstrate the relevant theory relating to color mixing in different color models, conversion of a color image to a gray-scale image, conversion of a gray-scale image to a false-color image, conversion of physical light into CIE XYZ and L*a*b* color spaces. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis for the required applets. The following practical part is dedicated to the process of implementing the applets using JavaScript and HTML.
Image similarity based on colour
Hampl, Filip ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Uher, Václav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with image similarity based on colour. There are discussed necessary theoretical basis for better understanding of this topic. These basis are color models, that are implemented in work, principle of creating the histogram and its comparing. Next chapter deals with summary of recent progress in the field of image comparison and overview of several most used methods. Practical part introduces training image database, which gives results of success for each created method. These methods are separately described, including their principles and achieved results. In the very end of this work, user interface is described. This interface provides a transparent presentation of the results for the chosen method.
Convolution neural networks on the Windows platform
Kapusta, Martin ; Rajnoha, Martin (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the latest knowledge of convolution neural networks and their application. The thesis describes the history, biological neuron and analogous mathematical model of a neuron. It also deals with the areas where neural networks are used, as well as the areas in which they expand gradually, the ways of learning and training, the differences between convolution neural networks and classical neural networks and their architecture. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is the selection of the framework for working with convolution neural networks, which is suitable for implementation in the Windows operating system, the installation of the framework and its troubleshooting. The second part is aimed at creating an automated installation tool for the Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system, created in JavaFX.
Trainable image segmentation using deep learning
Dolníček, Pavel ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Burget, Radim (advisor)
This work focuses on the topic of machine learning, specifically implementation of a program for automated classification using deep learning. This work compares different trainable models of neural networks and describes practical solutions encountered during their implementation.
Hough Transform and its Variants
Stejskal, Jan ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis focuses on basic principles of Hough transform for the detection of lines, circles and arbitrary shapes, their algorithms, computational complexity and preparation of a picture for detection. The description of implementation of individual algorithms and creation of an aplication that demonstrates their properties. Implementation has been done in programming language MS Visual C++ with the help of open source library OpenCV and user interface has been created using IDE Qt Creator 4.13.2 (Community).
Application of facial biometric data in recognition of persons
Bazala, Lukáš ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Burget, Radim (advisor)
he work deals with themes of detection and identification of human faces in an image. Described are the different biometric methods and work with biometric systems. Further, a problem of image processing is described and proposed a method for locating faces in an image and implementation of Viola-Jones detector in identifying key points in the face
Detection of moving objects in video
Hanek, Petr ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Rajnoha, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on OpenCV library and it’s methods. Created application is able to detect moving objects from static camera video thanks to background subtraction methods. This application can be used different modes: detection in area which is calculated by BFS algorithm and two slightly different modes for crossing line detection. The application is multi thread because of graphical user interface demands on processor performance. This application also has implemented Kalman filter for multi target tracking and Hungarian method which solves assignment problem.
Detection of registration number for surveillance systems
Smékal, David ; Atassi, Hicham (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deal with teoretic image processing and computer vision, detection license plate. There are include some methods segmentation image for example filtration noise, detection edge, thresholding. Researched presence of licence plate in the picture.
Automatic Face Recognition in Real Environment
Kičina, Pavol ; Šmirg, Ondřej (referee) ; Přinosil, Jiří (advisor)
This master‘s thesis describes the identification faces in real terms. It includes an overview of current methods of detection faces by the classifiers. It also includes various methods for detecting faces. The second part is a description of two programs designed to identify persons. The first program operates in real time under laboratory conditions, where using web camera acquires images of user's face. This program is designed to speed recognition of persons. The second program has been working on static images, in real terms. The main essence of this method is successful recognition of persons, therefore the emphasis on computational complexity. The programs I used a staged method of PCA, LDA and kernel PCA (KPCA). The first program only works with the PCA method, which has good results with respect to the success and speed of recognition. In the second program to compare methods, which passed the best method for KPCA.
Modern methods of multimedia teaching
Mazal, Zdeněk ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Pfeifer, Václav (advisor)
The work is a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of e-learning, the next section deals with search keywords in sound record, where the survey methods used, operating search engines, their division and the possibilities of use. It also includes the design, implementation and results of the success of a simple search engine of the words in sound record, programmed in Matlab Environment.
