Multifunctional building

The subject of the master's thesis is elaborate a project documentation to obtain a building permit for the multifunctional house. The proposed building is located in Štúrovo in the urban part of the polyfunctional area with predominant housing. The plot is slightly sloped. The building in question consists of five above-ground floors. The building is divided into a commercial zone, an administrative zone and a living area. The structural system of the building is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame. The building is roofed with single-shell flat roof. In the preparation of the project documentation was used valid legislation, laws and technical norms. Drawings are made in program Nemetschek Allplan 2013, visualisation is SketchUp program.

Detached house with hairdressing saloon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and draft project documentation for the building works of a family house with an in-house hairdresser´s salon in the cadastral area of Řečany nad Labem. It is a three-storey detached house with its interior layout corresponding to the conditions of service. The family house is designed for a four-member family. In the lower basement there is a storeroom, a utility room, and a workout room. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room, moreover, there is the hairdresser´s salon designed for the owner of the house. The first floor is designed as the area for living. The structure of the building is made of the system of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of BAUMIT OPEN with the thickness of 120 mm. Peripheral vertical supporting structures of the ground floor and the first floor will be lined with POROTHERM 30 P+D and the basement will be made from a permanent formwork of DEK 30. The interior bearing masonry walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P+D and non-bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 11.5 AKU. The exterior plastering in light grey colour is the water-resistant, thin-film grooved plaster of BAUMIT OPENTOP with the grains of 2 mm. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Samba 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring, laminate floor, and rubber floor tiles. My bachelor thesis deal with family house with a design office in Velké Bílovice. The project is conducted at the level of documentation for construction. The construction plan has a T-shaped building has a partial basement, with one common floor and attic. The whole house is designed from the system Porotherm with thin layer of mortar for binding. Ceilings are precast -monolithic system of Porotherm. Gabled roof is slanted. The basement is used primarily as a technical background for the object. The first floor consists of a garage, design office and social part of the building. The attic room of family members.

The theme of bachelor’s thesis is a detached house in the village Rudice in the Moravian Karst. The house with two floors is partly basement. The garage for a one car is a component of the object. The house is designed of the construction system Porotherm. The roof is oblique and double layer with a wooden load-bearing construction.

House with business premise

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new family house with a functionally separate confectionery plant, which forms a separate operational and functional unit (has a separate entrance). The building is located in an undeveloped locality of the village Prace in the cadastral area of Prace, Brno-venkov on the plat number 776/7 and plat number 776/8. The land is located on Blažovská Street. It is a two-storey family house with a partial basement and a hipped roof of small slope. Part of this new building is also an outdoor warehouse and a garage with a flat roof, which forms the space of the terrace on the second floor. Two terraces are also located on the first floor. The family house is the dominant building thanks to the columns supporting the terrace and balcony on the east side and forms a supporting structure for the hipped roof, thanks to French windows from RI-windows, designed on both floors and decorative roofing and polystyrene dividing strips from JKR GROUP. The building has two main separate entrances and two secondary entrances. The main entrance to the family house is located on the first floor, there is a kitchen with access to the terrace, living room, sanitary facilities and a laundry room with access to the garden. The main entrance to the confectionery is also located at the first floor and is designed as a barrier-free. The patisserie has a storage room, toilet and kitchen for two staff. The second floor consists of sanitary facilities, rooms and bedrooms with dressing room and access to the terrace. In the basement there is a utility room, sanitary facilities, warehouses, a cellar and a gym. As part of the confectionery's operation, an outdoor parking space is designed for 3 cars and one space for people with disabilities and disabled people.

Based on previous study, it´s a multifunctional building for residential with athelier. Structural system of the building is brick made of ceramic blocks Porotherm, the ceiling is designed as Porotherm ceiling- blocks MIAKO and beams POT, the basic idea of the layout and architectural design is the optimal operation functionality and architectural design of the country house.

Cultural and educational center

My diploma thesis deals with newly-built cultural and educational centre in the city of Velké Bílovice. The project is conducted at the level of documentation for construction. Building has the Z-shaped construction plan and contains a basement with two common floors. Cultural and educational centre is based on the basement walls of concrete formwork with concrete grout. The basement masonry is followed by concrete prefabricated skeleton with a lining of ceramic fittings of therm type. Horizontal structures are made of prestressed concrete panels Spiroll. The roof is flat with extensive greenery. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest side. Entryway to the lobby is through the hall where is access to all parts of the building. In the lobby there is a reception and main staircase with an elevator. Bar, library, reading room and an office adjoins the hall on the east side. On the west side there are sanitary facilities, dressing room and multipurpose hall. Technical facilities (including room of technology) are placed in the basement. Hall with gallery and sanitary facilities are situated in the central part of the second floor. House offices are functionally separated from the rest of the floor and located on the eastern side. There are also two lecture halls which can be combined into the one single hall on the west side of the building.

Multifunctional Family house

This thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of a newly-built single-family house. The building is located in a built-up area Malšova Lhota on the outskirts of the city of Hradec Kralove. This is a three-storey house with partial basement and sloping roof of a small slope. The construction is also a garage with a flat roof, which forms the space of the terrace on the second floor. The building has two separate main entrances and one secondary. The main entrance to the house is on the first floor, where are designed sanitary facilities, office, living room and kitchen-dining room with access to terrace. The second floor consists sanitary facilities, bedroom and rooms. The main entrance to the cellar space where is placed a winw shop is designed with wheelchair access. The basement is formed of saloon, warehouse, utility room, WC and a corridor that separates this part of the building from the family housing. Within the service of the wine cellar are designed indoor parking places for 3 cars. The building is based on strip foundations of plain concrete. Loadbearing and perimeter walls are designed from clay masonry. Exceptions are peripheral basement walls of permanent formwork. The floor structure is prefabricated rib-and-filler with grout. External walls are insulated with contact insulation system ETICS.

Multifunctional building

The main concern of this thesis work is the five-storey multifunction building. The house will consist of 22 residential units and one barrier-free apartment to which they belong cellar and two establishments. The building will have four above ground and one underground floor.
