Laboratory exercises creation for course Sensor systems
Štětina, Vítězslav ; Jelínek, Mojmír (referee) ; Šimek, Milan (advisor)
Topic of bachelor thesis is Laboratory exercises creation for course Sensor systems and describes the theoretical and practical solutions focused on the creation of 5 laboratory experiments. To the laboratory exercises is used a programming language nesC, operating system TinyOS and other programs. In 5 chapters describe the actual instructions for laboratory exercises. They are composed of the basic tasks to complex assignment. The workflow is a task assignment, a list of necessary equipment, the procedure for creating the main part of program and subsequent installation to the node or base station. A part of the task is to analyze the source code and description of new orders compared to previous exercises.
Establishment of the Linux internet gateway using advanced filtering
Matocha, Tomáš ; Pust, Radim (referee) ; Jelínek, Mojmír (advisor)
The thesis Establishment of the Linux internet gateway using advanced filtering focuses on~the installation of~the Linux operating system on~the older computers, that functions as a gateway to connect clients in the internal network to the Internet. The thesis describes creation an advanced filter with using iptables. Shows some types of security against attacks from the Internet. The other chapters are discussed, advanced traffic control mechanism (such as a TC and a qdisc). The system queue, it is highly beneficial where it is necessary to hierarchically divide traffic between users. It describes types of queue and assembled configurations for clients in the internal network. Next chapter describes the DNS server caching-only type and application denyhosts, which increases the overall security system. Have your own DNS server is certified, especially if we want to reduce the data traffic. Last chapter describes the RADIUS server and its implementation using Apache and MySQL database. Furthermore, the configuration options are described and the examples of the particular configurations are provided. Finally, it presented a system for authentication through the RADIUS server. The thesis seeks to provide a~complex view of security and filtering.
Design of the optofiber sensor system to monitoring change of length
Jelínek, Michal ; Stehlík, Jiří (referee) ; Mikel, Břetislav (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with design and verification of optical fiber sensor system for measuring changes of length. This system is designed to shape monitoring of the nuclear power plant containment. The principle of measurement, design and realization of the first version is described in the work. Principle of measurement and functionality of the whole system was verified by measurement of specially prepared reinforced concrete console. The console was prepared in the way to simulate behaviour of containment of the nuclear power plant. Within development of system there were prepared of optical fiber sensors with Bragg´s grattings which are later used for measurement.
Web system for user management
Frkal, Jan ; Kouřil, Jiří (referee) ; Jelínek, Mojmír (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes web system that files users of Internet network and can work with them. The system allows for complete user management, search, organization of IP addresses, tariffs and user’s devices. New users can be stored in the router Mikrotik RouterBoard. An important part of the system is also billing users. Administrators can show the history of billings, paid and unpaid invoices. System access is allowed only to authorized administrators.
Využití přírodních hydroabsorbentů při mimokořenové výživě máku setého
Jelínek, Mojmír
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the effect of a combination of foliar application of sulphur together with a natural form of superabsorbent polymers (SAP) in the spring poppy variety (Papaver somniferum L.) Onyx. The effect of sulphur application in the form of ammonium thiosulphate and elemental sulphur, both without SAP and in combination with SAP, on crop yield was investigated in a field experiment on a total area of 1.25 ha in the locality of Bedihošt' municipality. The evaluation of the effect was mainly based on hectare yield, then germination and thousand seed weight (HTS) were monitored, the health status of the crop was evaluated and an economic evaluation was made both in terms of total cost and with respect to the application of sulphur and SAP alone. The best results were obtained in the plot where ammonium thiosulphate alone was applied, followed by the combination of ammonium thiosulphate with SAP. The results show a very strong correlation between yield and germination (r = 0.96). In contrast, the effect of SAP was not sufficiently demonstrated in this work. The overall economic evaluation when all costs were included was positive only for the application of ammonium thiosulphate without SAP, all other options were loss making. In a direct comparison of the variants with the calculation of only the effect of sulphur and SAP, the application of ammonium thiosulphate without SAP and with SAP came out positive, while elemental sulphur with SAP and without SAP came out negative.
Czechoslovak Tourism in Socialist Yugoslavia. Institutions, Imaginations and Reality.
Jelínek, Martin ; Čechurová, Jana (advisor) ; Rychlík, Jan (referee)
International tourism has become a common part of human life. This phenomenon, originating in the modernization of society in the 19th century, has undergone a complex and long development. From its initial stages, when it was reserved for high society, through the understanding of its economic potential for the modern state and economy, to the final massification of international tourism in the second half of the 20th century. In a bipolar world, the specifics of the development of international tourism are shown with respect to which side of the Iron Curtain this tourism is developing on. A special example is if the development takes place somewhere on the border of both blocks. Czechoslovak tourism heading to Yugoslavia is a good example of blending the Eastern approach to traveling abroad with a specific model of the Yugoslav perspective on the phenomenon of tourism. Czech and Slovak tourists have been regular guests since the 19th century, heading precisely to the countries that made up the Yugoslav state. The presented work deals with how the institutionalization of Czechoslovak tourism in socialist Yugoslavia developed and was anchored, i.e. which institutions and in what way they ensured tourism, how and with which institutions on the Yugoslav side they were forced to cooperate and how this...
Making of the survey sketch in accordance with valid regulations for use in the land registry in district Brno-country
Wágner, Tomáš ; Jelínek, Milan (referee) ; Matějík, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a survey sketch for marking the perimeter of the building and changing the boundaries of the land. The work contains information about the location, the equipment used, the methods used in the measurement and other theoretical information related to the creation of survey sketches. The final output is a survey sketch with all the details, prepared according to valid decree no. 346/2022 Coll., amending decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral degree). The survey sketch was prepared based on the real situation in the field and is suitable for confirmation by the relevant cadastral office.
Optical fibres for ionising radiation measurements
Zbožínek, Tadeáš ; Jelínek, Michal (referee) ; Mikel, Břetislav (advisor)
The work focuses on studying methods of measuring ionizing radiation using optical fibres. More attention is paid to their use, together with scintillation materials. The proposed method allows the connection of an electronic detector with a scintillation sensor by optical means. The interconnection provides the possibility of shielding the detector from the effects of high ionizing radiation activities. The shielded detector will thus not be subject to the adverse effects of this radiation and can be used even for long-term measurements of high activities. First experimental measurements of reference sources verify the principle of the proposed method and help to select the best choice for the type of optical fibre.
Fibre optic tapering and shaping methods for special applications
Hruška, Andrej ; Jelínek, Michal (referee) ; Mikel, Břetislav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the tapering of optical fibres and the shaping of their ends. The thesis describes the fibre tapering and shaping methods and compares them in terms of advantages and disadvantages. It mainly focuses on methods using electric arc, flame and chemical etching. The practical part of the work describes the methodology of fibre tapering for 125 m, 400 m and 1000 m fibre diameters and the methodology of fibre end shaping for 400 m and 1000 m fibre diameters.
