Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vyhotovením geometrického plánu pre vyznačenie obvodu budovy a zmenu hraníc pozemkov. Práca obsahuje informácie o lokalite, použitom vybavení, použitých metódach pri meraní a ďalšie teoretické informácie, ktoré sa týkajú tvorby geometrických plánov. Záverečným výstupom je geometrický plán so všetkými náležitosťami, vyhotovený podľa platnej vyhlášky č. 346/2022 Sb., ktorou sa mení vyhláška č. 357/2013 Sb, o katastri nehnuteľností (katastrálna vyhláška). Geometrický plán bol vyhotovený na základe reálnej situácie v teréne a je vhodný na potvrdenie príslušným katastrálnym úradom. This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a survey sketch for marking the perimeter of the building and changing the boundaries of the land. The work contains information about the location, the equipment used, the methods used in the measurement and other theoretical information related to the creation of survey sketches. The final output is a survey sketch with all the details, prepared according to valid decree no. 346/2022 Coll., amending decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral degree). The survey sketch was prepared based on the real situation in the field and is suitable for confirmation by the relevant cadastral office.
