Interface Between Matrix and Graphic LCD

This work describes design interface between matrix with controller HD44780 and graphic LCD. This device replace 2x20, 4x20, 4x40 character display. Character which should be displayed are send through a parallel interface, such as matrix display, or send through SPI bus. Communication line RS-485 are used for set language character set. Language character sets are saved into external flash memory.
Design and realization of switching class audio power amplifier

This bachelor thesis describes design of audio amplifier of class D with power 2x100W. Power part is designed with integrated circuit TAS5630B made by Texas Instruments and correction preampifier unit is regulated by four potentiometers , controled by integrated circuit TDA1524A. Switching supply is regulated by circuit TOP261EN. Whole device is installed in device box with graphic display and control components.
WirelessHART sensor node

The master’s thesis is focused on building WirelessHART node demo and on a description of WirelessHART standard, which is used in wireless sensor networks. Out of the comprehensive WirelessHART specifications firstly, the two lowest layers of OSI networking model are described: physical and data link layer. Secondly, burst mode and device variables are described to provide necessary information for data publishing in the network. The mote is assembled according to hardware and software requirements of WirelessHART demo system. The node is complemented by its firmware and PC application demonstrating its features in a user-friendly manner.
Multifunction Sensor

The aim of the diploma thesis is to get acquainted with possibilities of realization of a multifunctional sensor for agricultural purposes. The theoretical work deals with the principles of measurement of environmental variables. Subsequently, sensors are selected which can measure the environmental variables. The thesis discusses the possibilities of wireless communication. Attention is paid to the communication modules of the DIGI® manufacturer. The main part describes the physical implementation of the multifunctional sensor. Here is a detailed breakdown of what components are selected for implementation with adherence to general implementation requirements. At the end of the work is described a program serving multifunctional sensor.
Vibrational energy harvesting demonstrator

The aim of the thesis is to solve the problem of energy collection from vibrations, transformation into electric energy, which can be suitably used by the end device. In the next section, the reader is acquainted with possible circuits that can be used to process the collected electrical energy. The last part of the thesis deals with the design of the auxiliary circuits for energy collection and with the design of the demonstration device, which will use the converted energy to measure the air temperature and humidity. The measured values will then be displayed on the LCD.
Stereo audio power amplifier with microcontroller

This bachelor thesis deals with designing stereo audio power amplifier, which specified functions such as control of volume, depths, treble and balance, are contoled by 16-bit microcontroler with digital potentiometers. Setting those functions is pictured on simple LCD display. Opted amplifier is easy to control ergo it finds use in wide spectre of audio devices such as ampliffing input signal from transmission audio media player or audio signal in television devices. Used design is able to be realized of easy to get components.
Speech switch for APD system

This work describes design device that is used to connect voice speech lines in underground mines for APD system. Using the device, you can connect up to 60 speech lines up to sixteen independent communication group (circles). Each communication circle can be listen in by the operator, or he can initiate call from control board. Switching of individual lines is controlled using the utility on the computer that communicate with this device via serial port RS-485.
Design of laboratory device with FPAA

This paper discusses the properties and possibilities of programmable analog circuits (FPAAs), especially type AN221E04 and development board with such device. It also brings a way tu use this device in laboratory education to build frequency filters and oscillators.
Input analog part of spectral audio analyzer

This thesis is describing the possibilities of composing the input part for the spectral audio analyzer. It also analyzes each theoretical possibility and the best of them is later processed into the form of a prototype board. The draft of this prototype board is contained in the thesis.
Design of class-D audio power amplifier

This semestral thesis describes class D low frequency power amplifiers and design of specific 2x100W class D power amplifier. The designed amplifier contains a second order sigma-delta modulator in which the quantization is controlled only by the delay of modulator components. This design does not include the clock generator which usually controls the quantization in sigma-delta modulators. This semestral thesis also includes design of a switched-mode power supply for the power amplifier and for the preamplifier. The PSpice program has been used for the design and verification of some sections of circuits. All designs have been built. Also basic parameters of completed circuits were measured.
