The bachelor thesis is describing mainly elimination of wasting time and with that also financial means on a welding line of high pressure tanks Common Rail in the company Bosh Diesel s. r. o. With detailed way is described procedure analysis of contemporary status and subsequent analysis, which is enable to search possibilities and potentials to increase productivity of work on productive line. With an application of tools ViCTA, we successfully found the searching potential in lost time in welding industrial robot’s line. Then was suggested the optimal solution, which comply the conditions of achieving minimal costs for current unlimited way of production technology on the welding line.

Development of representation of criminality in the Czech press

This diploma thesis "Development of representation of crime in the Czech print media" deals with the way of the representation of crime in the Czech press and its development from 1995 to 2010. It found out how much space is devoted to crime, compare the representation of domestic and foreign events, find out if they are among surveyed journals some differences. It also analyzes what crime is the most highly publicized, and focuses on the personality of the perpetrator and the victim of a gender perspective. The theoretical part treat of crime and deviant behavior and discusses their possible causes. It also deals with the central sociological issues, such as social norms, social control and socialization. Also based on the findings of science that deals with crime, criminology, refers to its concept of the classification of the crime and information about the investigation of the crime, take expectation to the issue of statistical data.

Achievement motivation of pupils

Title: Achievement motivation of pupils Author: Veronika Svobodová Supervisor: Doc. PhDr. Isabella Pavelková, CSc. The concern of this dissertation is the achievement motivation of pupils on the 2nd grade of primary schools. The aim of the theoretical part is the introduction to the theme of motivation of human behaviour with an accent on specifics of motivation for learning and especially the description of achievement motivation. In the practical part, there are set two research targets. The first target is to map achievement motivation of the pupils on the 2nd grade of one specific primary school. This mapping is done by the statistical processing of data from the questionnaire of achievement motivation MV-9, which was given to pupils. The second research target is a detailed analysis of achievement motivation of selected pupils from one class of the 2nd grade of the primary school. The aim is to identify significant demonstration of behaviour in relation to their achievement focus. Besides the filled questionnaire MV-9, the data are gathered from observations and interviews with pupils. Keywords: motivation, school achievement motivation, school achievement

European lace of renaissance and baroque

Lace is a decorative ajour textile. Real laces can be divided into needle laces and bobbin laces. There are two types of bobbin laces: straight and part-lace. These both techniques were developed in the epoch of renaissance, in the first half of the 16th century. The needle lace was developed from a cutwork. The immediate precursors of the needle lace were "point coupe" and "reticella" techniques. The bobbin lace was developed from a passementerie. The bobbin laces as well as the needle laces appeared probably at once in Italy and Flanders. The first laces have a geometric decor. Linear or plant decors were used in the first half of the 17th century. Fine and light laces with a flower motif rise in the 18th century. In the end of the 18th century, the motifs are very small and the most of the laces fill mesh ground. In the epoch of the renaissance and the baroque, good conditions for complex figurative scenes were allowed. A grateful space for (riche -great) religion scenes was given. The lay scenes, almost genre, symbolic and hunting scenes can be seen on the lace, too. All the 16th century and in the first half of the 17th century appeared a lot of Pattern Books first for needle laces and then for bobbin laces in Germany and Italy. It is a proof (evidence) of a great vogue of the lace.

Ecosystem services of wetlands in the landscape

The aim of this thesis is to get to know and understand the importance of eco-system services which wetlands provide in the country. Only thorough understanding and evaluation of ecological functions of wetlands in the country can lead to the sustainable management and securing of wetland protection. Ecological functions of wetlands depend on the natural processes (physical, chemical, and biological) which take place in them. The processes taking place in wetlands provide benefits to people; these are called eco-system services, whose values are determined by a man.
Wetland is a unique biotype which is formed on the border between a land and a water ecosystem. It is characteristic of a special organism habitat whose existence requires a continuous influence of surface water for their prosperity, or at least very high levels of subsurface waters.
The thesis focuses on the function of wetlands in the hydrological regime of the country, on collecting of nutrients, biomass production, water-banks stabilization, erosion protection, landscape formation by water flows, and their role in flood suppression, energy dissipation, and microclimate stabilization.
All natural wetland areas in the Czech Republic are currently more or less affected by human activity. By majority they are damaged mainly due to intensive agricultural efforts. For these reasons wetlands should start getting integrated in the agricultural landscape.
The significance of wetlands on the one hand and their serious exposure to damage on the other hand is reflected also in the international agreement on the protection of wetlands, the Ramsar Convention. The most important wetlands of the Czech Republic are listed in the Register of Wetlands of International Significance according to the Ramsar Convention.

Use of therapy with Garra rufa fish for human treatment

Garra rufa inhabits the biotopes of the rivers, small streams, reservoirs and lakes and it does not belong to the popular ones. Its original occurrence is in Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey. The fish lives at the bottom of streams and rivers, where the adhesive body sticks to the tissue to the bottom and rocks. Due to its low sexual dimorphism, its reproduction in captivity is more complicated. For its more effective reproduction, it is appropriate to prepare the spawning tank and induce suitable conditions (similar to conditions in the natural environment), like for example the rainy season. Garra rufa has currently become very popular, thanks to its use in ichtyotherapy and also that it is performed in so-called "fish pedicure". In some countries, this therapy is prohibited due to insufficient hygiene and poor rearing conditions. I have chosen the topic of my Bachelor thesis to focus and collect scientific evidence of information to improve the opinion of this type of therapy. In the work I cite use of the appropriate technical equipment used in the tanks, which increase the safety and quality of procedures for the fish as well as for people who pass through the general or local therapy with the help of Garra rufa fish. I processed the study also from the point of view of the risk of treatment when scientific teams tested the water in the tanks for the presence of bacteria, such as Mycobacterium marinum, Aeromonas hydrophila, Escherichia coli or Staphylococcus aureus. And said possible modes of transmission of infection to the person undergoing the therapy. Not all uses of this fish are the only negative. Some may on the contrary be very useful. For example: Ichtyotherapy, the treatment of persons suffering from Psoriasis, Atopic Dermatitis, or Acne. The results of these therapies are very good and in compliance with the necessary health and safety recommendations are safe This fish is also beneficial in the field of aquarium hobby, especially for removing algae. According to one study, mentioned in my Bachelor thesis, Garra rufa positively affects the treatment of different species of fish incaset of an outbreak of infection in the tank. The work discusses about the current situation in the breeding and safety of the above-mentioned procedures in the Czech Republic. I processed this issue based on Ing. Jaroslav Macenauer experiences. He has provided me with the information about the origin of the imported fish, proper selection of tank equipment and about the level of care that is necessary to carry out during the procedures.

Zahradně-architektonická studie vybraného městského prostoru bytový komplex v Táboře

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to develop landscape and architectural study of a selected urban space, specifically housing complex in Tabor. The work is divided into theoretical and graphical part. The issue of topic is earmarked in the theoretical part. There is also summary of the analyzes that were conducted in the area. Analysis describes the historical development and reflect the current status of the area. In this part is an analysis of the wider relations, transport, technical networks, vegetation analysis, functional use and current status. The second, graphical part contains description of project. Used forms are perspektives, groung plan and sections.
