Title of a work: HER-2/neu and other markers in breast tumours Diploma work Department of Biological and Medical Sciences Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Study programme: Healthcare bioanalytics The aim of our diploma work is to bring an overview of the tumour marker HER- 2/neu especially with focus on its activation, laboratory detection, relation to hormonal receptors, its role in tumorgenesis of breast carcinoma and also on the examination of its prognostic importace and its relation to the breast cancer treatment. In the clinical part of this review work we target especially the prognostic and predictive value of HER-2/neu. In many studies, a bad prognosis of HER-2/neu positive breast cancer was confirmed. In this connection the importance of determination of extracellular domain HER-2/neu in serum was examined in the literature. It is proved, that observation of this parameter is useful for monitoring of the patients with HER-2/neu positive carcinomas and there is also proved its predictive importance for the trastuzumab treatment. The contents of survival training for reconnaissance and airborne units of the army of the Czech Republic

AABBSSTTRRAACCTT The Title: The contents of survival training for reconnaissance and airborne units of the Army of the Czech Republic Goals of the thesis: A proposal of subjects and a description of individual survival techniques for the reconnaissance and airborne units of the Army of the Czech Republic. The Method: The thesis is compiled as a fieldwork accompanied by a search of literature. The fieldwork is based on a nine-year monitoring of the training of the Czech military during which I acted as an active participant. Primal sources I used, in order to answer a research question, were available special literature, internal directive acts, field manuals and special publications concerning the survival and published by the Army of the Czech Republic. The literature for the research was chosen on the basis of its content and its relationship to the survival. Results: I propose a possible direction of the reconnaissance and airborne units of the Army of the Czech Republic survival training according to their equipment. Psychological changes which occur during survival training

Title Psychological Changes which Occur during Survival Training The objective of the thesis My thesis aims to examine the influence of survival training on the mental state of the participants. Another objective was to assess the extent to which each of the factors in the POMS questionnaire affects the mental state of the participants. Among others, age, number of years in service and experience in relation to these factors were studied. Method The thesis is approached as a pilot study. A questionnaire was framed and divided into two parts. The first one, in which the respondents answered a set of questions, could be characterized as non-standardized. The obtained data were used as a supplement to the experiment. The second part is formed by a POMS questionnaire in which the respon- dents only stated the extent of their emotions. The obtained data formed a basis for the definition of main factors influencing psychological changes in the survival trainees. The causal relationships between the relevant variables were discovered using a quasi experiment and data were collected through a questionnaire survey. Training comparison of survival at units of 4th brigade mechanized infantry

th Topic: Training comparison of survival at units 4 brigade mechanized infantry Destination work: This topic is worked up due to determination of contents of survival training at four chosen units of Army Czech Republic. These units are a part of a 4th brigade mechanized infantry. The reason of this graduation theses is findings and comparing differences between these units, and propose a motion for training brigade mechanized infantry. Method: The interrogation method was used for data acquisition. The graduation theses will be based on the information gained from drillmasters and gym instructors for survival training. The information will be gained personally and thanks to structured interview. Information gained, that will be recorded to dictaphone, will be used for my graduation theses without no changes. Results: After data processing, it was found, that chosen units apply oneself to an area of special physical training. The survival training is used like separated part only in limited factor. Generally, the survival training is a part of drill or complex exercises. The result is, that there is not enough time to dwell on the survival training, so integrated concept was compiled thanks to this information. Dílčím cílem diplomové práce je zjištění, jakým způsobem se příslušníci Vojenské policie Praha připravují na prověrky tělesné výkonnosti. Metoda Diplomová práce je založena na porovnání výsledků výročního přezkoušení tělesné výkonnosti vybraných útvarů Vojenské policie Praha, na statistickém zpracování a grafickém vyjádření. Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz

THE GARDEN IN A CRISIS The first problem. Moving the entrance from the rotunda axis in the north to the area where the farmyard surrounded by greenhouses is situated. The consequence of this step was destruction of the conception of a floral garden and further, confusion of a visitor caused by the new and excentric garden entrance. The second problem. The original noble fill of the forefield has been perfectly cleaned, including the structure. Therefore the courtyard of honour is wedged in the two huge unspecific areas. The third problem. The nineteenth century is gone. Nowadays visitor is hard to please and unconcentrated. THE CONCEPTION Revitalisation and amendment of the forefield structure concept in subareas is both practical and it offers the esthetic quality which was lost. In relation to the axis of the garden, the area is adversely divided by some new buildings. These functional stripes make the optical barriers and they are clear in their axis. There are minimaly two six smaller areas created out of two bigger ones. Moving the main entrance from the courtyard to the rotunda center line means a possibility for the garden to step out towards its future development without some drastic changes in a objects which are part of a monument conservation but not functionally defined any more. The more, the garden gets its lost axiality, sense and a story about men's journey again. The application of the principles of the baroque garden in filling of the forefield gardens is either wrong or not considered properly. Polarized (and polar) gardens offer extreme positions of two contradictory trends. A superframed garden made by the nowadays technology versus a grove of wisdom where the nature is both a constructor and an architect. All of this with a baroque garden somewhere in its centre.

Multipurpose Town House on Křížová Street, Brno

One of the main objectives is to organize the space into inner courtyard, to define a relationship between the house and surrouding areas, like street and inner courtyard. Current courtyards of the bylcony houses represent a kind of second layer of the city – private zone. Space, which is owned by someone, which has its own scheme and charm in city lifestyle context. Unclear space runs deep into the inner courtyard is defined by three new residential wings and becomes the eleventh courtyard which, will offer comfort gardens and recreational areas for residents. Another important factor is also a fact that we design not only the house but also the whole one side of the street, and there is no corner of the street by now. The new design of both hips when we eject the whole mass before today's bare boards into the street is fair to the satisfaction of cars that disappear from the street - leaving only the tram, a narrow profile so never mind. The opposite principle of a closed block of flats is linear, to the square oriented vertical mass of the townhouse. In place of intersection of two objects there is a quiet green bay, which is the added value of the house in the public space. Vertical brings the last missing facade and at the same time created a full quality corner of the southern mouth of the Mendel Square.
