Differential tackle

This bachelor's thesis deals with a self-locking differential hoist with lifting capacity of 400 kg and 5 m stroke. The work presents a design of the self-locking differential hoist with an assessment of the limits of safety and self-locking as well as a design of the carrying structure. It makes important strength calculations taking into account manual operation. The work is accompanied by drawings as required by specifications.
Design of the container manipulator laboratory model

This thesis deals with the design of a container manipulator laboratory model for a 1:20 scale transport unit and a carrying capacity of 60 kg. The thesis is divided into theoretical and computational part. Firstly, the design solutions are examined in practice. Subsequently, control calculations of important parts of the proposed structure as well as of the twist locks are made. An economic analysis is then elaborated. In conclusion, the drawing documentation of the spreader design and selected components is attached.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the proposal and calculation of self-locking differential tackle with lifting capacity of 450kg 3.8m lift. It includes among others proposal of construction free and fixed pulley block, the choice of hand and hoist chain in common with calculation of sprockets to afore mentioned chains. It performs important strength calculations with assessment limits and self-locking safety taking into account the manual manipulation. There is a drawing documentation according to the topic of the bachelor´s thesis, attached to this document.
Mobile wall crane

This master’s thesis describes the design of wall mobile crane and its railway. At the beginning of the work research of suitable hoists is conducted according to important parameters. Following the calculation of basic loads applied during crane operation. Furthermore the determination of the static load and fatigue strength of selected part which is verified by MKP simulation. The work continues with design of selected parts of crane and its railway. This design is solved with respect to relevant standards. In conclusion the final design of machine is drawn.
Mechanical barrier project

In the first part of this thesis is developed analysis of mechanical barriers conceptions for guarded parking. In the second part is chosen construction solution which corresponds to specified conditions. There are also done important calculations and mechanical design based on them. Centrifugal bucket hoist

This bachelor thesis deals with bucket elevator design for transport of dry, loose and non abrasive materials according to given parameters. In the introductory chapter a short search describes the concept of suggested solution. Functional calculation, designs and checks of individual proposed equipment elements are stated in the other chapters. In the design requirements for centrifugal bucket discharge as well as miscellaneous way of filling are preferred. Appropriate drawing documentation is enclosed with this thesis.
Portable Belt Conveyor for Construction Materials and Waste

The aim of this bachelor thesis is design of portable belt conveyor according to specified parameters. First part of the thesis contains the proposed concept with a choice of conveyor components. The next part of thesis deals with functional calculation, which is solved according to ČSN ISO 5040 and other specified sources. In the end of bachelor thesis is contained proposal of implemented tensioning device. Technical drawing of conveyor is also attached to the bachelor thesis.

This diploma thesis describes the design of silo for milled mineral salt and. There are described the types of silos and there is also analysis of type choise and silo construction, dimension design and silo strenght calculation. Further there are described active and passive stress state of the material in the silo. The thesis deals the possibility of emptying the vaults and there is describtion of active and passive elements, that condustive to flow of materiál. It also describes the specificity of the material considering the structure of silo.

This bachelor thesis deal with construction design of derrick crane. Lining length is 5000 mm, lift height 6800 mm and crane capacity 1200 kg. The thesis contains proposals for major structural elements, strength calculations and selection of suitable hoist. Involves also drawings in the form of a crane assembly and detailed drawing of arm.
Adjustable belt conveyor - driving head

The aim of the present bachelor thesis was to design a driving head for an adjustable belt conveyor intended for brown coal transportation. According to the required parameters for the belt conveyor, functional calculation was carried out, technical parameters of the driving head were defined and its construction proposed. The entire drawing of the designed driving head and essential detailed drawings are included in this thesis.
