Název: VYUŽITÍ PROTAHOVACÍCH CVIČENÍ VE ŠKOLNÍ TĚLESNÉ VÝCHOVĚ. Názevv angličtině: APPLYING STRETCHING AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROCESS. Cíle práce: Cílem naší diplomové práce je využití poznatků o protahovacích cvičení při sestavení souborů cvičení, jejich využití v hodinách tělesné výchovy na základní škole a ověření účinnost vytvořených souborů v praxi u žáků druhého stupně základní školy. Metoda: Poznatky jsou testovány metodou experimentu. Testování proběhlo pomocí předem připraveného souboru protahovacích cvičení, provedeného na začátku a na konci pedagogické praxe u žáků sedmých a osmých tříd základní školy. Výsledky: Porovnávají účinnost protahovacích cvičení .u žáků provádějících tato cvičení, oproti žákům, kteří tato cvičení neprovádějí. Methods: Descriptive studies Results: Number of atheltic membership in Czech republic didn't evidence prominent progress. Decreasing number of teams and atheltic clubs doesn't involve gently increasing number of members. Individua! performance during period 1993-1997 in running events noted stagnation in contrast to few technical events, which increased. The highest quality in the czech women teams competitons demostarated 1st National league "A" and "B" together with 2nd Nationalleague "C''. Thesis title: Analysis of annual training cycle of athlete disabled with dyskinetic form ofChildren's cerebral palsy class F32. Objective of the thesis: The main objective of this Thesis was an analysis of annual training cycle 2006/2007 in throwing the discus and ball of an athlete disabled with dyskinetic form ofChildren's cerebral palsy class F32. Method: To fulfil the objective ofthe thesis I used bibliographic search of professional literature, Czech and foreign internet references and own observation of an intentionally chosen individua!. In this respect I worked with content analysis method, evaluated efficiency oftraining load, volume, intensity and character ofgeneral and selected special training indices and stress load. Static and graphical representation of collected data with subsequent evaluation was done with regard to the objective ofthe thesis. Outcomes: Based on collected and evaluated values of general and selected special training indices I came to the following conclusion: volume, intensity of training load, character of selected indices of special preparation, quality of sports training, its variety, professional guidance and quality background participate in the growth of sports peďormance. Title of diploma work: Biographical study of sports career of the Olympian Dana Zátopková Student: Alena Chocholová Supervisor: PhDr.Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D Aim: To evaluate, describe and monitor sports career of Dana Zátopková within a biographical study. Methods: The work was divided into four main parts. The ftrst part contains detailed and complete summary of all articles written about Dana Zátopková during her sixteen-year career. Because of seriousness, I chose daily newspaper Mladá fronta which started to be published in 1945 and was published without interruption until 1961. I statistically processed an amount of articles in a year, categorized articles according to pre-determined criteria and found out frequency of authors writing about Zátopková during her sixteen- year career. I used methods of processing of historically obtained documents from Jan Volf's diploma work (2007) and as well sociological methods by Sekot (2006). The second part of work contains processed information obtained by Dana Zátopková during a directed interview. The fourth part is a total summary of Dana Zátopková's greatest successes and sport performances. V ANGLIČTINĚ The achievements ofczech and czechoslovak athletes at Olympic Games from 1896- 2004 Introduction: The athletics has always been considered as the queen of olympic sports. This sport branch has a long history and accomplished to train up many of successful athletes, who represented the czech countries at modem Olympic Garnes. This historical study is devoted to the athletes placed to 6th place at the Garnes and also evaluates the reached achievements. Objective: To find out all the czech and czechoslovak athletes who has placed to 6th place and verify the values of reached achievements. To analyse achievements of our olympic participation according to different aspects. Method: We charted the participation and achievements from the archive of the Czech Olympic Comrnittee and from encyclopedia of Olympic Garnes. We decided to the following way of awarding points: 1st place - 6 points, 2nd place - 5 points, 3rd place - 4 points, 4th place - 3 points, 5th place - 2 points, 6th place - 1 point. The Relation of Chosen Motor Tests to Performance in a 100 M Sprint

Title: The relation ofchocen motoric tests to achievement in a 100 m sprint Objective of the work: The objective ofthis work was to determine such motoric tests, as would mostly reflected the relation to the 100 m sprint and try to contribute to explanation of a reciprocal relation between purposedly chosen motoric tests and the achievement in 100 m sprint at purposedly chocen sprinter group, test a sprinter group and analyse iťs results. Method: The part ofthis studies was direct testing on athletic stadium and control races during athletic tournament. The test group was represented by 13 sprinters. Purposely chosen tests was following: 30 m acceleration test started with stand-up start, flying 30 m speed test, 150 m endurance test started with stand-up start, the test of explosive power of lower limb - standing long jump test and the test of the taking-off force of lower limb - standing long decajump test. To be able to find the relation to 100m sprint was counted correlation coefficient and Spearmans rank correlation coefficient of all tests. Title: The Monitoring OfCondition For Motion Activites Utilization In The Terms OfThe Medical Program At The Detoxification Ward The aim of a work: The aim of this diploma work is the monitoring of rnotion activities utilization at the rnedical procedure and the determination of physical ability level of patients curing at the detoxification ward in the General Teaching Hospital in Apolinářská street. The methodology of a work: By the aim of this diploma work we have chosen the following work's methods: the controlled interview, the questionnaire and the kinetic tests. Because of the motion activities monitoring we have used the following instuments of the pedagogical research: the controlled interview and the non-standardized questionnaire containing seven closed and three non-closed questions. We have taken advantage of the personal statement of the motion activities implementor. The kinetic test we have applied for the determination of physical ability level ofpatients in the four test days. The results of a work: The motion exercises make a part of the daily program at the detoxification. Longitudinal Monitoring of Efficiency in 400 m Womens's Running in the Top World Competitions in 1983-2005

Title: Longitudinal monitoring of efficiency in 400 women's running in the top world competitions in 1983 -2005 Goals of the work: The main goal of this work is to compare the results of the finalists in women's 400 m runs at the world championships during 1983 - 2005. Results of competitors were always monitored from the run ups till the finals and we were concentrated on the times of the runs, ranking and speed of the competitors. The integral part of this monitoring was also comparing the anthropometric characteristics of the finalists. Philosophy of the work: In this part of my work we have concentrated on monitoring fmalists of the 400 m runs at each world championship (which means 8 fastest runners). For these runners, we have monitored the performance in all the sequential runs, in the run up, quarterfmal, semifinal and the final. We have also gathered the data consisting of times, ranking, running speed and anthropology characteristics of the finalist. We have mutually compared all these data. Results: Total average age of all fmalist that participated at world championships during 1983 - 2005 is 26,09 years. An average high of the fmalist in monitored period is 171,03 cm. Name: LONGITUDINAL MONITORING OF SPRINTERS EFFICIENCY IN 400 M MEN'S RUNNING IN THE TOP WORLD COMPETITIONS IN 1983 - 2005 Goal: The main goal of this essay was to compare the results of eight fmalists in 400 m running during 1983-2005. The results were monitored from heat to final. The key issue of this essay was comparing of anthropometric characteristics of the fmals and depicting these characteristics to graphs. Methodology: The methodology of the diploma thesis consists mainly of monitoring of chosen fmalists in 400 m running from each world championship (i.e. 8 fastest sprinters). Efficiency of this finalists was monired from beat to final. The basic anthropometric data were also stored. All these parametres were compared to their counterparts. Results: The total average age of all man finalists, who took part in W orld Championship in years 1983 - 2005, is 25,23 years. The total average height of all man finalists is 184,15 cm in monitored period. The body weight ofsprinters is in average 75,52 kg. The average rates of separate indexes are: BMI is 22,27, BI is -8,60 and QI is 409,80. The total average time of all finalists in 400 m running is 44,90 s.
